This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom. An inflatable full size mattress is located in the bedroom closet for additional sleeping flexibility.

The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

- Background Checks: Background checks are required for all guests prior to arrival. These screenings are conducted at the guest's expense, costing $49. If the background check fails, the reservation will be canceled without a refund for the screening fee.
- Required Documentation: A parking pass, signed agreements, and a completed lease are mandatory, along with the submission of the new tenant packet, prior to your arrival.
- Check-In Access: Arrival instructions and check-in codes for entry to the community will not be provided until all requirements listed above are fully completed.

- Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be located in unit upon arrival.
- This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the entrance and hallway. Guests may notice an internal security camera located in the kitchen, but it has been disabled and is not active.
