Location was good.

Sunbeds were not comfortable so we could not use these No bowl in kitchen for making omlette or scrambled egg mixture.

Firstly I’d like to say that I checked out a lot of places and Omar ticked all the boxes for me. I wanted a well equipped kitchen, which I got, and I used it a lot. It was right next door to the hotel we stayed at in 22 but this was way better value for money and better equipped. Great location for both the beach and the shopping side of Puerto Rico, all within 5 to 10 walks. The building is very well kept, with janitorial staff, cleaning on a daily basis. It was very secure as well, with a high security lock and a solid door. The balcony was perfect for sun bathing, and it was good because you got the sun later so you could enjoy breakfast in the shade. It had a canopy on the balcony! The bed was creaky, but the mattress was comfortable. Lastly we loved the walk in shower which was very easy to use.

The fridge/freezer could do with upgrading, it didn’t keep the milk fresh long. If you don’t like noise or want peace and quiet, Puerto is not for you. It comes alive about 8 ish and continues until after 2am.

Communication, the locality of the apartment. The pool everything was what we needed.

Everything was great, if anything I would say a little bit more comfort with the bed. Definitely not a criticism.

Location was good, few steps which is to be expected however if you navigate the slope instead you make it alot easier for yourself. Otherwise a lot to like about the apartment, had everything you would want and then some. You name it, they had it, they even had drawers with nik naks you may have forgot. Allowed us to check out late on the last day as well which was really kind and much appreciated. Loads of storage space, extra hangars, comfy beds - best equipped apartment we have been to. Wi-Fi was faultless as well.

My only very minor complaint is in relation to the temperature. As we were a family of 4 we could have done with a second fan however we only really struggled because we had a freak heatwave while we were there.
