Superb location, minutes walk from everything. All the staff were pleasant and helpful but Irini and Natasa on reception went above and beyond. Thank you ladies.

We stayed at this property for three days. Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is in close proximity to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. The food was good. The gym was small but adequate. The staff was very nice and courteous, especially Irini and Focis. We were staying with a small baby and they made sure everything was comfortable and in line with the needs of a small baby.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Hotel ist sauberund liegt, Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung. Das hotel liegt in lebhaft und bürgerlich stqadtteil von Athen, in 3 gehminuten findet man zahlreich Bars und Restaurants auch spät Abends.

The hotel is located right there below the Acropolis but in one of the less busy streets where the parking might be available and no noise. Room was large with large and comfy beds. The hotel staff were extremely nice and friendly.

The heated outdoor pool in colder months would be an excellent addition to super luxurious place as the Divani Palace is.

The location is perfect, very close to all the tourist attractions. Metro station is also not far away. The room was comfortable, hygienic. The staff were so friendly. We got a room upgrade too.

The heating of the room was locked and we couldn't turn it on by ourselves. Every day, we had to call the reception to ask them to unlock it. I wouldn't expect that for the high room charge paid. Breakfast was good but it became boring as I stayed there for 3 days. There were no custom made food items which we could simply order to prepare. The Balcony view is overrated as it's not directly facing Acropolis and you have to really lean on side to see it and it is not clearly visible from the balcony. Rooms are also outdated and need refresh. Room size is small.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is great, very close to the Acropolis. Very good breakfast, plenty of excellent options. The room is cozy, in spite of being a little tight.

The room was a little smaller than what I pictured, basically because of the layout (rectangular shaped rather than square).

Quite disappointed by the overall stay, definitely does no longer fit with the 5 star hotel standards. The equipments in the room are old and poorly furnished. Clean but outdated. Swimming pool is very small (hidden behind 3 unfriendly walls, no more than 8 sunbeds). Gym is poorly equipped and is shockingly dirty. Unhappy to pay this price (500€/night) for such an underwhelming experience.

The roof top restaurant is unbelievable you cannot beat the view from it and it is reasonably priced. Special thanks to all staff for being very friendly and helpful.

The people! They totally make this place especially the door attendants who received us like it was home after we were out in the heat. Michael was amazing!! The location was perfect 👍

Very little to comment on but the pool was heavily chlorinated and was the area that smokers came to sit so it wasn’t such a nice space. We chose this hotel in part for the pool and only used it once.

The location was great for our stay. The room was very nice and spacious, we were very thankful for the AC on such hot days. They were sweet to upgrade us to a view of the Acropolis, we were on our honeymoon.
