amazing appartement with large showers, light plan, design furniture and equipment

the very only thing I can come up with is that the sofa is pretty poor compared to the amazing high standard of the apartment

some little problems of newly decorated apartment like shower not working in one of the bathroom or netflix not working on any of the tv sets

owner and stoves are very friendly very cooperative you feel like you are at home

The accommodation was splendid. Amazing staff, very friendly with foreigners. The whole place is spotless. The food is AMAZING! We enjoyed having freshly cooked breakfast every morning. It was very fascinating that every morning the breakfast has a different theme which offers diversity to the food that it’s being offered. We extended our stay with 3 more nights because we loved it too much

Outstanding and spacious room, very large and super for a family with young children. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. The in house dining and meals are exceptional. We were really pleased with the breakfast, and especially the quality of the coffee and cappuccinos! The employees are very customer focused, polite, and attentive. Highly recommend.

Amazing breakfast, friendly staff and great sauna

We found here the heart of hospitality, provided by the wonderful family and stuff that runs hotel Viktoria. The rooms were so comfortable and clean, the restaurant with lovely intimate atmosphere serves delicious food and selected wines, the wellness is perfect to relax after a full day of walking and visiting the area. And the one thing that makes hotel Viktoria even more special, is the family that runs it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The position of the Alpenresidenz is great, right in front of the Elferbahn. Our apartment (Bergzauber) had a great lay-out. Four bedrooms, 2 on the left side of the apartment (one was a sofa bed), 2 on the right side of the apartment. After the first night I was a bit upset due to the soft mattress but I was very surprised when I discovered that the mattress could be turned to a harder side. So everyone could turn their mattress if they prefered a harder mattress. Fluffy pillows, nice bedroom linen, everything was there just like in the hotel rooms. The beds were also made every morning by the hotel staff even though we were in an apartment. Wonderful service! On both sides of the apartment corridor there was a clean bathroom with soap and lots of towels. The kitchen was very well equipped, nothing was missing. All kitchen appliances were Miele! We stayed here with 7 people and in the evening we all fitted on the living room sofa (with expandable leg space). The hotel wellness area was not very large but everything was there (steam baths, sauna, pool with jacuzzi and various modern showers). Plenty of towels and nice infusion teas available. Here too, everything was clean and tidy. We were happy to be able to bring our dog (15€/night) and especially glad that the elevator was close to the side entrance which meant we didn't have to pass the lobby/entrance to let our dog out in the morning/night. We had no problem to park the car in the hotel parking.

Although everything was clean, the only small remark we want to make was that some parts of the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner (e.g. Nespresso machine and oven plates on top of the cupboard). The bathroom tiles looked a bit old-fashioned but I'm sure that will be fixed in the next years :-)
