Excelente

Gostámos de tudo no geral, as instalações de cima eram simpáticas, a piscina interior era boa, o quarto também. O pequeno almoço era bom! a zona exterior podia estar mais arranjada!

O pequeno almoço foi bom, mas chegámos as 9:10 e já não havia algumas coisas que não foram repostas. Achámos que a piscina interior devia ter supervisão, pois gera-se muita confusão!

Já estive há 5 anos neste hotel e na altura não havia SPA. Desta vez ficámos nos apartamentos no edifício onde se encontra a piscina interior e o ginásio. Gostámos muito da simpatia dos funcionários e a piscina interior veio mesmo a calhar por causa do tempo que estava muito incerto. O apartamento estava limpo, as camas muito confortáveis e o terraço era muito espaçoso. A localização do hotel permite uma vista desafogada sobre a paisagem e a envolvencia dum ambiente tipicamente rural, com as ovelhas e as cabras é muito rústico e divertido para quem leva crianças. O pequeno almoço é razoávelmente variado.

Gosto muito deste hotel e da localização e irei mais vezes mas gostaria de deixar aqui algumas sugestões de melhoria. A unidade estava lotada e necessita urgentemente de recursos humanos. A falta de empregados notou-se sobretudo no restaurante onde à hora do almoço na sala só havia uma pessoa a atender toda a sala sozinha. As espreguiçadeiras da piscina estavam sujas e algumas até tinham teias de aranha por baixo. Nota-se aqui que não há um cuudado/ limpeza diária. A piscina exterior e interior estavam limpas. O edifício novo dos apartamentos está um pouco abandonado. Não existe um bar ou cafetaria nem uma máquina de vending. Eu sugeria a colocação de máquinas dispensadoras de águas, sumos, snacks e cafés para os hóspedes. Assim não é necessário caminhar até ao outro edifício mais abaixo por causa de um café ou uma água.

The staff was super, great check-in with the introduction of the context of the hotel within the village. The room was perfect with a very nice view for the landscape and a great connection with the village. Wi-fi worked perfectly.

We was in the low season and the reception is not with staff all the time.

Interesting place, split between 2 sites with a newly built block constructed on the hill above the older part of the hotel - we were, by choice, in the new block as the difference in room price was nominal and they looked better. Our room was very big with a balcony and views over the valley, it was spotlessly clean, and being newly built, a nice fresh environment to be in. Also, much quieter than being down on the main road. Good flat parking once you get up there, but the way up is a little tricky to negotiate on a heavily laden motorcycle. Little English spoken but as always you get by, and everyone was very friendly. Right on the N2. The restaurant is down the hill at the old hotel complex and breakfast was down there as well - simple food at a reasonable price. There is an infinity pool on the hillside which amusingly has friendly, if a little smelly, sheep and goats grazing around it.

Wasn't a problem for us but the steep trek up and down the hill from the new block to the cafe/bar/restaurant and reception might be a bit much for some - personally I would tolerate that to take advantage of the better rooms etc in the new block.

Big rooms

Disconnect from the main hotel, no staff around, seemed like a dormitory and breakfast uninspired.

Arriving to the Hotel was very easy. We traveled by car, and had no issues finding the location. There is also a lot of parking space withing the hotel premises. The staff was great, giving us a very warm welcome and very fast check in process. The room was pleasant, clean and quiet, with a great balcony over the peaceful Alentejo landscape. I didn't use the pool, but it looked great too.

Nothing really. There were a few things I did not try, like the pool, breakfast or the wi-fi. There was also a restaurant that we did not use. Upon the check out there were some queues, because of a lot of guests deciding to leave at the same time, but nothing major - we were done in a couple of minutes. I would definitely come back to this one.

A great property, everything you need. Convivence of a restaurant on property was nice. This feels more like a standard US hotel if that's what you're looking for. Not so much cozy like some of the hostels and boutique accommodations in the area, but a good value nonetheless. All depends on what type of experience you're looking for. The pool area is beautiful, food was very good, staff was helpful and kind.
