I like everything about this apartment. The unit we stayed in was the unit no 3. The room is clean and the staff are all very friendly. The location are also perfect, just in-front of Hyde Park, and with the Tubes and Bus Stop just a few step from the apartment. Really recommended and we will definitely stay here again when we go to London again.

Everything is perfect.

Cleanliness was very good. Location was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Good showers. Good size. Comfortable beds. Nice linen and towels.

The kitchen is very poorly kitted out. No corkscrew, no baking tray and the dishwasher didn’t clean anything, so we gave up and ended up washing everything up. The lift is too small to fit a buggy without taking one of the wheels off so that was a bit of a pain.

The proximity to Hyde park was amazing. easy walk down to Oxford street. amazing restaurants in the hotel opposite too.

It is a little rough around the edges. stains on the carpets and sofas. no wine glasses. however on the whole the stay was great and the staff were extremely helpful.

location was perfect for our family group. walking to oxford st, bond st, museums, little Venice, Hyde Park, palace was easy, close and full of great views and interesting attractions. all the team was kind and liable!! they were always ready to offer information, answer any request

the apartment needs to be refurbished and they told me that they will start the next day we checked out. many of the apartments are under remodeling already and they are looking great. cleaning needs to be improved

Great location, 1 minute walk from the Tube and right opposite Hyde Park, but very quiet.

We specifically chose a self catering apartment to give us more flexibility as a family, but the kitchen was very poorly kitted out. There was insufficient equipment to make a basic home cooked meal, and only one of everything. However, it was perfectly fine for breakfast and takeaway meals so it depends what your looking for. It was a bit tired, but clean and comfortable.

I did like everything about our stay . Specially the receptionist “ Marius “ was very helpful from day 1 till our departure. Thank you so much!!!!

The pictures in booking does NOT resemble reality at all The furnitures waisted Batheoom disaster, smelly, no drain cover in one of the sinks, one of the showers cant be used as its tooo small and dark, curtain of shower dirty and old, All garbage bins DIRTY especialy the one in the kitchen and it was changed with a worst bin The carpet color is anoying and Dirty Curtains Dirty spotted Reception Sofa Disaster Tv too small and old ( no smart tv) I relocated the furniture in the living and dining area as it was really not organised No house keeping ( the room was cleaned once in my 8 nights stay) The air conditioniners in the rooms looks bad and outdated its my first and definetly will be my last stay

The apartment is located near the tube station, and near Hyde Park which is very convenient. Kitchen facilities have all you need to cook a meal in the apartment.

The apartment is slightly outdated and it doesn't resemble the photos provided on booking.com. It is just a decent apartment but it has been advertised as something special. One very annoying thing is the fact that the place holds the deposit, which after a week still has not been released. They do not need to do that and they have all information to release it earlier but they claim that this is their bank procedure.
