The property was everything we hoped for and more. The garden and pool area are beautiful. Communication with Teresa the host was excellent before we arrived and during our stay. We really appreciated the welcome pack of everything we needed on arrival. I would recommend this villa 100%

My family and I stayed in this property recently and it was pure bliss from start to finish. Teresa was a pleasure to deal with and even left us a welcome back which was so appreciated with 3 children. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. It's was easy walking distance to everything but was still lovely and quiet and private which worked brilliantly for my family as my oldest child has autism and need to retreat from time to time. Cannot recommend this property and Teresa enough

We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times so are familiar with the area, it’s just a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Situation idéale proche commerces et mer. Accueil très chaleureux de Teresa. Des petites attentions vous attendent à l'arrivée (panier garni etc... Une piscine chauffée avec cascade, un jardin et une déco interieur de bons goûts !! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent moment, une salle de jeux dans laquelle nous avons passé de bons moments. Nul doute que nous reviendrons avec amis et famille afin de leur faire découvrir l'île du sud au nord et ses à-côtés !!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Größe war für uns 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby perfekt. Die Ausstattung war für uns vollständig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war alles sehr sauber. Sternenabzug gibt es lediglich für die Beschreibung im Inserat, was den „beheizten“ Pool angeht. Es ist richtig, dass der Pool beheizt wird allerdings lediglich mit einer Solaranlage, was also nicht zwangsläufig bedeutet, dass der Pool auch warm ist. Für uns war er mit 21Grad zum Baden mit Baby zu kalt und das war sehr schade, da dies das wichtigste Kriterium bei der Suche nach einem geeigneten Objekt für uns war. Bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein kleiner Konsum am Iberostar läuft man ca. 10-12 Minuten. Ein Spar (verhältnismäßig teuer) kommt dann nach nochmals 5 Minuten und alles weitere sind dann weitere 5 Minuten Fußmarsch (Hafen, Geschäfte, Restaurants usw.) zu laufen. Lidl ist eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt entfernt. Für uns perfekt, da wir mit unserem Baby so viel spazieren waren. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub ist jetzt zu Ende. Wir werden die Zeit sehr vermissen.

Loved the villa and Teresa could not have been more helpful

We loved this villa. Well laid out and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Wifi worked well and there is an Amazon Fire stick so you can watch Netflix or Amazon Prime Video if you have an account! Loved the garden with plenty of choice of places to sit or lounge in or out of the sun. Pool was a little cool but we covered it at night and it warmed during the week. Villa is in a good location, about a 10 minute stroll to Playa Flamingo. Teresa was a great host, very helpful and responsive . We were impressed by the welcome pack left for us with some essentials. Would definitely be happy to go back again. All in all a great holiday

We shared the house with two friends and found that it was perfectly laid out to accommodate two couples. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked as it should. The interior of the house is well laid and nicely furnished but the real treat is the outside space. The pool is a good size and heated. There are plenty of places to either enjoy the sun or shelter from it. The garden is in the sun the whole day. We had bananas to pick directly off the tree (palm) and at other times of the year you could be picking figs or grapes. The barbecue is very good but the charcoal from the local Spar is rubbish unless you like barbecuing on dust. We found the Superdino near the bus station to be the best stocked supermarket although the parking is a bit of a challenge. They have a good supply of things to barbecue and stuff to drink while you are doing it. The villa is conveniently situated for restaurants and bars and small supermarkets for bread and milk. Flamingo beach is very sheltered and pleasant. The cleaners were very efficient and the place was very clean and well kept. All in all a brilliant package.

The owner Teresa said she would not meet us until the following morning, so we let ourselves in and immediately were met with a cold damp musty smell. We were unable to work the wifi or tv as there were no instructions of any kind. After one hour of trying to sort out the TV (I later found out there were only 3 English speaking channels) I rang Teresa to ask her how it all worked and that the villa was very cold. She arrived one hour later with an electric heater. I asked where the best supermarket was and she said the name was in the information sheet and I could look it up on Google. She had no time to say where it was or that it had a car park under it. This would have taken maybe 30 seconds to explain and been of a great help to us had she taken the trouble to inform us of this very basic information. My sister and I were in the two bedrooms with the single beds, and neither of us slept, and in fact we had hip and back pains from the discomfort of sleeping on such hard mattresses with wires clearly visible. I phoned Teresa about this and she kindly replaced the two mattresses three days later. We had 4 nights of these dreadful beds. The main problem with this villa was the very loud traffic noise from the main dual carriage way which the property is on, which meant we were unable to use the garden in comfort. Additionally the noise from the other half of the semidetached house at night. Another neighbour, who in our second week, had the builders in with their electric drills, saws, grinders and hammers all day long! We had no respite from the unbearable noise! When I mentioned the smell from the bathrooms and kitchen, Teresa said we could move out if we were not happy! Well, as bad as it was, I did not want to put my 87 year old mother through the turmoil of moving during what was supposed to be a restful holiday in the sun. As she wears hearing aids in the daytime, the noise did not effect her at night and we decided the best way to tackle the noise problem was to spend our days out of the villa. At night we had the choice to either keep the windows closed to reduce the noise or to have them open for fresh air, a difficult choice we should not have had to make. The 1.1 meter deep pool was not warm enough to take a dip in, don't know if you could actually swim in it being so shallow. We are seasoned travellers and can not recommend this property!

Ein ganz wunderbares Objekt! Sehr sauer, geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool und liebevoll angelegte Garten bietet hohe Verweil-Qualität. Wir haben unseren Sundowner in der "Lounge-Ecke " genossen. Putzfrau kommt 1x / Woche mit neuer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern und auch der Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt. Schöne große Badezimmer - alles bestens. Im Küchenbereich hat uns der separate Flaschen-Kühlschrank besonders gefallen. Teresa ist ein wunderbarer Host und es gibt ein Willkommens-Paket mit einem Umfang, wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe--Brot/Butter/ Marmelade/ Milch/OSaft /Wasser / Kaffee ----alles stand bereit - sehr sehr nett. Als wir mal ein Problem mit dem Geschirrspüler hatten wurde sofort reagiert - so macht Urlaub Spass ! Immer wieder gerne !!

I stayed at Villa Vistafuerte for a week with family. This is a great little villa situated just outside Playa Blanca main town. A cab cost 4 euros so no big issues there either. Lovely pool area, everything maintained well and met with Teresa who was also lovely. Hope to stay again in the future. Recommended.

I've never written a review before, but thought I would just this once...My family and I (2 adults, 3 childen - 8, 8 and 5) mhave just returned froma sunny week in Lanzarote.The villa was just as we expected. A little tricky to find in the dark whilst driving a hire car when you're tired, but we found it all the same.The property was neat, tidy and clean. A couple of negatives:It would have been nice to have a couple of dishwasher tablets to start us off (I tend to chuck everything in the dishwasher when I first arrive so I KNOW it is clean)More than 1 bin liner would have been goodA kitchen roll would have been niceMaybe more than 1 toilet roll in each bathroom...?We didn't have a cork screw (so we bought one and left it in the drawer) - you're welcome :o)Pool towels would have been nice. The description suggests towels included so we left pool towels at home which was an error!Were any of the above deal breakers....? NO. We stilll had a great week. The pool was great, beach an easy walk, Teresa helpful, super markets near by and plenty of resaurants and bars.Thank you for letting us stay. xx

The Villa was incredibly clean and very well maintained, the outside area was amazing!!! Lots of seating and loungers and very pretty. Pool was a good size!Villa was very well located to Playa Blanca, around a 10 min walk to the main town, and a 5 min walk to Flamingo Beach, which is a lovely sheltered beach. Teresa welcomed us with a basket full of fruit, food and other essentials such as milk, bread, jam, butter etc, which was really thoughtful, she was very helpful and infact let us stay late on our day of departure as there was nobody coming into the Villa the next day, which was really kind. In the room there was a flat screen TV and a docking station for music which was a very good idea.We will hopefully be returning again soon! Take me back now!Only downside was there was some traffic noise when in the garden but overall everything else more than compensated for this, and garden was very private and not overlooked at all! Other areas to visit were El Golfo, very beautiful and restaurants right on the sea and there was great fish! Marina Rubicon is definitely worth a visit- very pretty, with restaurants and shops, takes around 1 hour to walk from the Villa along a board walk which runs the whole length of Playa Blanca- lovely walk! Timanfaya National Park and volcano worth a visit too- go early or late afternoon.

Sehr schöne geräumige Villa ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, Garten sowie Poolareal ideal zum relaxen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Teresa war ab dem ersten Mailkontakt sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgerüstet was nötig ist und ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage innerhalb des Ferienortes Playa Blanca ist gut. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten locker zu erreichen. In die Fußgängerzone Playa Blancas sind es per pedes in etwa 20 Minuten. (also alles zu Fuß machbar, einen Mietwagen würde ich trotzdem empfehlen). Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gäbe, dann wäre es die nahe Straße die den gewöhnlichen Verkehrslärm mit sich bringt. Nachts ist allerdings fast kein Verkehr, so daß wir stets ruhig schlafen konnten. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Lanzarote-Aufenthalt diese Villa sicher wieder mieten und können sie nur empfehlen. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was das Selbstversorgerherz wünscht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterein ist vorbildlich, bei unseren Ankuft stand bereits ein Korb mit den nötigsten Lebensmitteln für uns bereit, einfach klasse. Die Außenanlage (Terrasse, Garten und Pool) ist einfach nur großartig, komplett umgeschlossen, so dass man sich die ganze Zeit über unbeobachet bewegen kann. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wird, wie der Pool, wöchentlich gereinigt. Wir haben 3 atemberaubenden Wochen dort verbringen dürfen. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Auto allerdings empfehlenswert. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und wir haben absolut nichts dort vermisst. Die Getränke-Kühltruhe, der Außengrill, die Waschmaschine und die sehr gute Spülmaschine sind Gold wert, wenn man wie wir (4 Erwachsene mit Hund) sich zum größten Teil selbst versorgt. Der Pool hat eine vernünftige Größe und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals gereinigt. Auch unser Hund, der sich in dem komplett eingeschlossenen Grundstück frei bewegen konnte, hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige Manko, deswegen auch nur 4 Sterne, ist die nahegelegene Straße, die zeitweise doch recht stark befahren war. Der Ort Playa Blanca und die Uferpromenade wie auch der Hafen sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Auto ist jedoch empfehlenswert, da z.B. die schönen Papageno-Strände ein gutes Stück entfernt liegen. Hier kann man in den früheren Vormittagsstunden herrlich klares Wasser und schöne Sandstrände genießen, später wird's dann recht voll, obwohl wir in der Nebensaison Mitte bis Ende Mai auf Lanzarote waren.

Wir haben 14 tolle Tage verbracht in der Villa Vistafuerte (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Der solarbeheizte Pool war einfach super und wurde mehrmals täglich genutzt. Die Schlafräume sind sehr gut aufgeteilt 1x Doppelbett mit eigenem Bad / WC, die beiden anderen Schlafräume teilen sich ein Bad und WC und sind vom Wohnraum durch einen kleinen Flur abgetrennt. (sehr praktisch für Eltern und 2 Kinder). Das ganze Haus, der Garten und der Poolbereich waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin Teresa Rivero ist sehr freundlich und hieß uns mit einem kleinen Verpflegungskorb willkommen. Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, man benötigt nicht zwingend die ganze Zeit ein Auto. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, so dass man ab und zu ein Auto / Bus hört. Hat uns aber weiter nicht gestört. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert auch mit Kindern. We spent our holiday last may with our whole family. We are with 5 people, My 2 daughters, my son, my wife and me. We hired a car at the airport and stayed for 7 nights. The house is really beautiful and is situated in a quiet area. The swimmingpool is small, but very nice and heated. The use of kitchen ok and bathrooms are nice. The beds are very good, just like the rest of the furniture. Shops are near by and getting money is easy on this part of the isle. We made several trips on the island and everything is nice and clean. If you've got plans to go to Lanzarote, I would recommend this house to everyone.

Wir waren im Februar für 9 Tage in der Villa. Wir haben insbesondere den Pool und die Terasse genossen. Die Sonne schien von morgens bis abends auf die Terasse (wenn gewünscht ist Sonnenschirm vorhanden), was im Februar sehr wohltuend war. Der private Pool und der windgeschützte, nicht einsehbare Garten waren toll für uns und unseren kleinen Sohn. Auch den Grill haben wir oft genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Wir können das nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns im Haus wirklich wohlgefühlt. Zum Empfang einen tollen Korb mit den notwendigsten Lebensmitteln war eine echte Überraschung. Der Pool ist prima und für Nordeuropäer war die Temperatur des Wassers ganz okay:-)) Playa Blanca ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, sodaß einem Bummel nichts im Wege steht.

We stayed at Villa Vista Fuerte in March 2010 and found it perfect for our needs. The villa is nestled in a quiet area of many other villas, within relatively easy walking distance of town. It is very well equipped, clean, spacious and the pool is lovely - particularly enjoyed by our 3 year old and 6 month old. The villa has a decent sized fridge AND a large chiller cabinet in the utility area so you won't run out of space for your cold water / juices / beers / wine. There's plenty of space outside with loads of loungers and there is a barbecue built in. We spent many evenings sitting outside in the evening sun after the kids had gone to bed. We received a lovely welcome from Teresa, the owner, who was delightful and very helpful. She speaks good English which helps! She even provided some basics such as milk, bread, juice, etc so we didn't need to head straight to a supermarket. Although the villa is named after the view of Fuerteventura, don't expect a grand view - you can *just* see the island between a couple of palms. The situation is more 'suburbs' than hilltop grandeur but we loved it nontheless. Overall the villa was good value, a lovely place to spend a week and we'd definitely return.
