Torn towels with big holes

Very chic and new room. Nice bed. Aircon. Very polite and helpful staff . I arrived late and the room was a bit hot after the sun has Ben burning 34 degrees that day. I asked if they could ceep the Aircon running for a couple of hours way I went out too eat. And they did. So when I came back the room was cool and I slept amazing. Thanks for helping. It was amazing stay. Right by the buss terminal and a short tram ride from senter. I will come back and can recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks 🙏

Everything was nice actually

It was conveniently located to our bus terminal for early morning travel. Walkable to many businesses (though they were all closed on Sunday), and comfortable, safe, and clean place to stay!

Super clean and new rooms! Everybody was sooo kind and helpful! We just spent a night there, if we'll return, we'll stay definetly here! I recommend very much! Taxi is very cheap, you can be in the center within 8 minutes. Morning coffee was excellent and the lady gave us for free as the hotel's gift. The terrace is huge & comfy. Sheets, towels are really clean, bathroom is also high-class!

I booked a room with two separate beds but it turned out no such rooms available when I arrived… Staff apologized to me and kindly offered the better room with no additional charge so it’s fair to say the customer service was great 😊

Very close to the bus station. That is why I stayed there, It fulfilled all my expectations.

Curtains didn't really covered all the windows, leaving room for a lot of light to come in.

My Room was on 2nd floor and I think there is NO lift.

Only paid parking. We paid, but someone left his car on our spot. Hotel provide us another parking in 30 meters. There was a motion sensor in the room to turn on the light. Every time you moved at night, the light was on.

The location is just opposite the bus station. the room is comfortable.

1. First night in basement was good. Large bed and room 2. 2nd night on first floor after our stay in piltvice park . Much smaller room and bathroom. Leaking shower tubing. Most of water leak instead of going to shower head. Was too tired to change room 3 no lift. Travel light
