Great house to rent , we had a blast. House is exactly how it is described and the neighbourhood, beach access and pool are perfect.

Kate was a excellent Host and Her property was beautiful She helped My family and I the whole way kate and her references know the island very well so if you rent from her you will not be disappointed at all the ocean and pool is right across from the front door the island is so nice and the ocean view is breathe taking above all kate house and the island was so cool we all loved it.

Excellent Needs Hot Tub at pools

We arrived to the townhouse and it was perfect. Updated, modern, new and coziness wrapped with cleanliness. This was the first time we stayed at Nassau, other than the resorts. The owner was absolutely fantastic and walked us through any questions we had. Very short walk to pool and beach! I say a TRUE vacation, because we weren't obligated to wait in lines for dinner. We just went to the grocery store, grilled at home and chilled out. Kids loved it! Thank you again!

The condo was as advertised on VRBO. Kate, the owner keeps the property well maintained. She was an excellent communicator. Upon a single text, Kate immediately had a few minor issues repaired when we arrived. The condo is three stories with bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Both are accessed by steps. The bedrooms are all good size with nice bathrooms in each. It easily slept six people on very comfortable beds. The downstairs is long and a somewhat narrow, but comfortable for six guests. We cooked fresh fish and lobster several nights in the kitchen. The water purification system in the kitchen was great for travelers. The condo is across a parking area from the beach. It’s a 60 second walk to the pool and beach. The back patio area faces away from the beach toward currently in-construction condos. The community is gated and safe with a nice marina, coffee shop and restaurant on site. The beach is clean and the water clear enough to snorkel. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the condo, which was very convenient. We found ourselves driving the Eastern coast road most days to get to downtown Nassau and the boat docks for fresh fish. Negotiating with the multiple fish mongers is a must for best quality and price. We recommend diving with Stewart’s Cove and swimming with the dolphins at Blue Lagoon. Chef Perry cooked a fabulous steak and crab cake meal in the condo on Christmas Day. He’s a must do. Chef Perry also found us a reasonably priced Christmas tree with lights. He was very helpful all week. Overall, this unit was great. My only wish once I saw the community was that the back patio wasn’t on the beach like other units. Kate is an amazing host. We would certainly rent from her again.

Our party of 8 had an amazing time at Palm Cay. The home was clean, and offered everything we needed. The bonus of each having a king bed and en-suite was lovely!! We travelled out and spent the day at Atlantis for a short 25 minute drive - definitely recommend! We travelled using Chris Transportation as Kate mentioned and what amazing man and company! The pool was small but did the trick and beach access was great. Thank you for a great stay

Well appointed property. Kate, owner and property manager very receptive and responsive to all requests and communications throughout our stay. Relaxing time in a beautiful resort community.

There were four of us (ages ranging from 58-63) who attended our annual "Girl's Trip". Kate's place was beautiful, clean and just a few steps from the beach. The townhouse provided everything we needed in order to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kate was very responsive to any and all questions. She referred us to Chris to schedule transportation to and from the airport. There are some amenities on the premisses that guests can access for a fee. The Spa provides heavenly massages that are a must and there is a grocery store and liquor store less than a mile from the townhouse. There is a restaurant in the development; however, Palm Cay is about a 30 minute ride from most restaurants and shopping areas so be prepared to use a taxi if you don't rent a car. Be certain to check with the receptionist in the "Welcome Center" to get the correct taxi rate /fee prior to hiring a driver.

This is a very nice condo, nicely decorated and a some extras provided by the owner. She is very gracious and responded quickly to any questions or needs when contacted. All the beds were comfortable and condo very clean. Palm Cay was perfect for us- no crowds. One must drive to do things but we did not mind nothing is very far and driving around the edge of the island into Nassau was much more pleasant than cutting through the middle and takes the same amount of time. Two grocery stores, pharmacy,liquor, pizza etc. less than 5 minutes. The beach club is great and we had a nice dinner at the restaurant one night. Staff is accomodating and friendly. Be aware there is a charge to use the beach club during the day but one can go over at night to the bar/restaurant. If you don't want to pay the fee, the pool provided across from the condo is also very nice. We recommend the Wild Thyme restaurant in Nassau. It was a wonderful meal for six people. Lobster salad was so good I am still thinking about it! Also, this condo does not front the beach but it is practically out the front door anyway. Great place to stay!

The house was clean, beautiful and so convenient! We highly recommend staying here and will be back!

Easy check in and beautiful townhouse. Resort had expensive fees for use of bar and fitness room. Not worth the money of 50 dollars per person per day.

We had a great vacation! Loved the beach and the ability to snorkel right off of shore was great! Saw some amazing sea life!

Palm Cay was amazing!!! A group of ladies joined together in Kates lovely home for five nights and six days of fun!! Kate provided a very nice taxi driver for us during our stay on the island. His name was Chris. He was extremely accommodating and patient. :) Our airport shuttle transport was ‘King’!!! And a King he was! He is ruler of the streets!! :) Chris set him up for us because we had way more luggage than Chris’ van would allow. :) (we’re women, what can i say!!!) Access from Kates home to everything was a hop skip and a taxi ride away. VERY CONVENIENT!! Kates gated community home was completely equiped with all of our needs. She provided two bikes and pool/beach toys, which were put to good use. A new grocery store was about a mile away and was slightly expensive, but everything in the bahamas is pricey. There is a liquor store connected. :) on site there is a Starbucks, a little store, restaurant, and bar. A VERY COZY LITTLE EXPERIENCE they have going on in Palm Cay. Secluded, and very relaxing. There is a spa. A gym. And even a pottery class, all for a small fee. We did not partake, so i have no reviews. Sorry but we were too busy doing other excursions. :) I do recommend going to the ‘fish fry’. The food there was amazing!!! We also enjoyed our Bahamian taste tour. We had the best tour guide. Very knowledgeable and funny. And the food, drinks, and chocolate,were also very yummy!! Kate, i know i was pretty needy with all of my questions prior to coming to your lovely home and i thank you so much for all of your help; along with your last minute offer of generosity to keep our luggage for us, in which we did not need. You are a true gem!!! Your bubbly spirit is very inviting!! Thank you!! You and your home were missed as soon as we shut the door and loaded back in to the van. And... although the home we stayed in had a beautiful view of the ocean, very comfy king beds, my one and only regret, is not selecting your other home, that walks out on to the beach!!!! Thank you soooo much for allowing my girlfriends and i the opportunity to create new memories for a lifetime of cherishing. ❤️🏝🍹 We learned a lot while in the Bahamas... Everyday is a new learning experience or its not a good day!!! :)) and remember.... ~a ‘binder’ is cover that combines loose paper and creates a book :) ❌⭕️❌⭕️ Au Revoir!! Chow!! Amazing vacation we are surely to be repeat renters. The townhouse is beautiful. The inside is very spacious and the bedrooms / en-suites are that of your dream home. The beach and pool are directly in front of the house. Can’t say enough about it

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Loved being right on the water with access to the club onsite. We enjoyed drinks right on the beach with towel service at no extra cost. The restaurant onsite offered fun events each night like karaoke and happy hours. We even made use of the two bikes and explored the property a bit. Kate was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Although we had a slight issue with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms, Kate jumped right in and got someone to head over and fix it. She was flexible about our checkin time and provided a clear map with suggestions for all of our needs. I would absolutely stay at the property again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, carefree stay right on the beautiful beaches of the Bahamas. Thanks Kate!
