This property is in the best location in Telluride and was amazing. If you are staying here, you will not be disappointed. The only thing to take into consideration is the master is on the 3rd floor, so along with the hot tub. So if you have someone in your family who has a hard time with stairs, that may be hard. The majority of the bedrooms are on the first floor, the living on the 2nd and the master on the 3rd. The views are exquisite!

Great communication from owner and management company. Very detailed information about property. Location is perfect to walk to everything in town and the view is simply the best. Appreciated the Made in Telluride shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided in all bathrooms.

Rivercrown #2 is an awesome place to stay with great access to the town of Telluride. You can easily walk everywhere and the gondola is 2 blocks away. The view from the great room and patio are amazing and there is easy access to the walking path along the river. You come in on the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms so there are stairs to get to the main floor/kitchen and master. I highly recommend the property and will be back! Thanks Brent!

Telluride is our family's favorite place, and this is the best place to stay in Telluride. So close to everything for adults and kids to enjoy in the town. And capping off each day watching the sunset and enjoying the from the deck is impossible to beat. We've stayed here a bunch of times now, and will always choose Rivercrown 2 whenever we can find it available.

This place has the best view in Telluride and is in the perfect location to enjoy the mountain and the the town. Better yet, check-in and units details are great, and the owner is extraordinarily responsive, patient and helpful when inevitable questions arise.

Great location, just a few minute walk to the gondola and in the best part of town. The home has everything you need - and if anything is an issue, it is taken care of immediately. The views are the best you can get in the town of Telluride because all you see if mountains instead of other homes. Hot tub is terrific and the beds are super comfortable. We stayed here before and will stay again!

A spacious place in a great location and has everything you need for a great stay. Plus, the views are SPECTACULAR... have to be the best in Telluride. The only complaint is with the property management company. Terrible communication on basic items and several essential amenities were broken (that they were aware of) that they didn't bother to fix or communicate with us. Other than their ineptitude, it was a great stay.

This year our fathers and adult sons ski trip brought us to Telluride, CO. The Rivercrown 2 Townhome was perfect for the 7 of us. We typically cook our own breakfasts & dinners and the kitchen was very well equipped. Open floor plan kitchen/dining/living works great for our large Group. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to the ski lift(s), local breweries, grocery store, old town. Views out over the stream/meadow and the Telluride box canyon were incredible. Hot tub on the 3rd floor deck was a bonus. One of the best Properties we have stayed over the past 10+ years with our Group. We would certainly stay here again if our travels bring us back to Telluride.

Location is unmatched for appreciating the box canyon that Telluride is located. Building is completed with comfort in mind, and high end touches. Unfortunately for our group, the features we most looked forward to were not given the attention they deserved for the price we paid. Sound system and video didn’t work in the main floor area, and was blamed on the previous guests. This should have been addressed immediately upon discovery. Deck was ice and snow covered, as was the hot tub area, which made opening the cover all the way impossible. Gas grill instructions were not accurate, and the ignition switch was not working so we had an adventure starting it up with matches and long wood skewers! Finally, the coffee maker failed due to scale build up, forcing us to go out early for expensive Sunday morning brews from BIT. I’m sorry, but these details need to be resolved before check in. Property management companies need to keep up with issues like these and come up with immediate results when you pay a premium for a property.

This house is modern and well-equipped, and is so close to everything downtown, including the gondola. It has 3 master bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends.

This is by the far the best location with the best view in Telluride. The whole process was the smoothest VRBO stay we have ever experienced. We are a couple and just used the main floor and the top master bedroom suite. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and thus this would be a perfect rental for a larger group as well. The hot tub on the deck off of the master bedroom is amazing. It looks over the box canyon and is perfect for the colder months. One of the most beautiful views we have ever seen and we have been to a lot of beautiful places. Hard to relate how great the. Reality of this condo. Thanks for sharing this amazing place!

This is our fourth or fifth stay at Brent's place. It is always incredible, from the property, to the location, to Brent's prompt and caring communication, to the management company.

This was our second time staying at this property. We like it because it is located in the downtown area just steps away from restaurants and shopping. It is also right below the trailhead. The condo itself is well appointed with a gorgeous view. The local property manager was very kind and understanding while we were dealing with the neighbor's construction issues.

We were very pleased and impressed with this condo! We were a group of friends but I can imagine this condo being great for a couple families too! The garage was great for storing bikes. The layout, location and views were outstanding!

We have stayed at other River Crown units and recommend the development. This unit #2 has a bathroom on the main living floor and an additional bedroom which would be nice if you had small children. That said, the floors are stone including the stairs of which there are several. These are not child friendly. This unit was very comfortable, enjoyed the sound system and wonderful views. The unit is equipped with everything we needed and management was quick to respond to our inquiries. We would definitely consider staying here again

This home is a gem in Telluride. Lots of space, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, great location and the most beautiful views in town! The owner and property managers were super nice and helpful. My family loved this house and we hope to rent it again!

We've stayed in Brent and Hillary's place many times, and it's simply the best homebase for adventuring in Telluride. Was extra special this time to have a front row seat to the hot air balloon festival from the patio. Can't say enough great things about this place.
