Upgraded to the Adult only TRS. Swim up room was great. The dinners at restaurants were good. Lunch options were also good. Beach and pools great. Alcohol options met expectations. Butler was amazing.

The sparkling wine and Prosecco tasted like vinegar. Being pressured to sit through a time share presentation 3x. Having to pay $30 USD for sunscreen. The resort is HUGE, lots of cart traffic that get aggressive with walkers on the paths.

Good shuttle and boat service within the resort.

Poor resort experience. Would not visit again or recommend to others.

Cleaning issues Bugs in bed

I liked that they had many restaurants that you could pick from that were also included at no extra cost. It was nice. The bathtub was nice after they fixed it, our friends tub also had the same issue. The pools and bar service were awesome and all the people were really nice.

I was extremely shocked and disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. The front desk staff was nice. We arrived way later than we told them and our room was still not ready. They saw that I requested a king unit and had to wait for it to be cleaned arriving 5 hours after the set arrival time. No big and they were nice. The issue was after dinner and we got to our room, it was GROSS. We found toe nails and feathers and dirt all over the ground. Plus stains all over the bed sheets. And that happened 3 times. They had to change them 3 times from oil stains and brown stains etc on them. The towels are also terrible. They are not soft and very tattered and coming apart at the edges. They shouldn't be using any towels like that for the cost of this place.

Hotel is beautiful, staff were absolutely amazing can’t thank them enough!! So helpful and kind, treated us so well! Room was spotless Food superb!

The entire staff was amazing and very accommodating. I can not say enough about how good the service was during my stay. There are also plenty of options for great tasting food.

The beach was not very clean, and there were too many restricted areas. Also had a terrible experience with the transportation. Although we paid and waited for an hour, our ride to the airport never arrived. We were saved by the amazing receptionist at the front desk who helped us get another ride.
