Clean facilities, friendly staff, had a small surprise zoo inside which was neat for kids/families to see the animals. The buffet had a variety of options and the food was good. The small lagoon on the beach was great for small kids. Too bad we did not discover it until our last day. The spa was nice for a relaxing massage. And the kids club had organized activities for the kids. The shows each night were entertaining.

The al a carte restaurants were not too great. The portions were very small, and food was not too tasty. There are no elevators, just ramps and stairs. Which I wouldn't normally mind, but being 6 months pregnant with a toddler made it a bit challenging to walk around the property.

Staff attitudes have improved from last year. Friendly helpful staff was available with one phone call. We look foward rebooking ASAP.

Saw a woman slip on angled wet grass (off sidewalk) and nearly dropped off a 3 meter ledge on to concrete. I think this drop off is on the south side yard of the nest. People use it as a short cut. It should be blocked from pedestrian access. Blessings to Palladium staff!

Making reservations for dinner and they were always full. I had selected room service daily and after our second day our bed was not made.

The resort has some amazing views and wonderful pools. The room was very nice and the staff was exceptional and very attentive to our requests.

All Inclusive is nice but can be a real negative. The food is marginal and caters to mass servings. It seems they are trying to feed a lot of people and therefore they cannot make excellent food. They are also doing their best to make the alcohol go as far as they can so drinks are pretty weak and super sweet. We were approached many times with a fairly aggressive request for us to join their vacation club/time share. This was not something we wanted. Also, the property is huge. So, be prepared to walk a lot.

We purchased a bottle of Champaign, they told us it would be $75 US dollars, when we checked out they charged us $150 US dollars for a $50 bottle. Also had to make reservations for the nicer dinner places that were part of the inclusive package and could not do so until you received your room number and by that time all was booked Was not given room at 3:00 PM and was told by check in that rooms are not guaranteed to be available at 3PM

All the staff is excellent. Everybody's attitud is perfect. Service is great. Nigh Activities are amazing. The food is variated, the reserverd dinners ares extraordinary. Swimming pools very clean. The room absolutely clean and complete : coffemaker, snacks, servivbar with beverages and water. Ice machines in very good conditions . The whole hotel so pretty.

The buffet food was surprisingly good, many food choices. The adult swimming pool was very nice! The drinks were good too.

The a la carte food was so so, plus you always needed to make a reservation the morning before. so on our first day we couldn’t eat anywhere but at the buffet not a great first day experience The rooms need to be renovated, I get it they want you to get the authenticity (maybe?) but it didnt give you the feel of a 5 start resort…

The location was stunning. Quiet private beach. The al a carte restaurants were great, food and setting wise (must sit on the patio at the Mexican restaurant, unbelievable view) we found most of the staff to be lovely and very helpful. The buffet was ok, I have had better but have also had worse. Kids activities daily, a great resort for families.

I hate writing sub par reviews, especially when this resort was beautifully located and had good reviews but we found a number of things disappointing. The children's pool was shut for 2 of the 5 days we were there without any notice. The buffet was closed on our final night, and everyone had to make a reservation at the al e carte restaurants, again without notice so it was difficult to get dinner. They don't like you to take food out of the restaurant 'to go' style, difficult with children. Daily and sometimes multiple times per day we were approached by sales staff to take a tour of the club/residences to see if we would like to join the rewards program, this got a little old a few days in. We felt the rooms were small and a little dated, nothing wrong with them, just a note. We realize some of these limitations may have been as a result of the pandemic, and are sympathetic to that, we are so thankful to be travelling again but we stayed at 2 resorts during this trip and this one was more expensive and we felt there was more value for money at the other place. We wouldn't visit this resort again but we still had an enjoyable time overall.

The hotel layout is very complicated with no elevators. I got lost at least twice in 2days trying to reach the restaurant/bar. All the meals are included but food is not that good.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was great, friendly and making sure our needs were met.
