Suited my purposes.
Could change the bathroom sink however it was an under-counter sink so I understand the challenges of changing it out.

Close to amenities, Rama, quiet
No AC in hallways or stairwells! Boiling hot in stairwells! Older hotel - needs some repairs! But clean!!!

The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and lots of pillows! Breakfast was decent, could use more options. Staff was excellent and very helpful
The adjoining room guests were very easy to hear, they were not yelling, just talking normal and we could hear them through the closed door

Great location, great staff and we loved the drive up parking as well as the BBQ area.
The AC/Heat Unit was incredibly loud. Luckily the current season didn't really need either AC or heat running so it wasn't that big an issue, the room was a bit musty when we arrived, however a few minutes with the door open aired it right out.

Room was clean.
The fan in the bathroom did not work. There was a quick fix job in the bathtub. You could barely pull the tab to get the shower running. Dining area is so small that people were sitting outside on the couches to eat

The staff was nice and the breakfast was edible.
The air brakes of the transport trucks outside my window started at 4 am. Apparently, this location is in a bad area of town although I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. Dated property, hard bed, but no bed bugs so that’s a bonus.

Location was ideal for me
Hair still in the tub, wasn't cleaned well in my opinion. Bed was hard as a goddamn rock. It was awful, my mom would have loved it, I like a very soft bed.

The location was great - lots of restaurants etc close by. Also, it was VERY convenient to Casino Rama where we were going for a show.
No elevator!! I have a very sore back and walking up stairs is not easy.

There was a lot of noise at night but probably from people still parting as Boots and Hearts was just down the road.e

The fact that when we first arrived are reservations were not there but the lady that was on that day was super and found it...no issue with her whatsoever....now with the employee that was on when we left that's a different story she was very rude...the price we were given when we arrived and the price when we left were not the same...actually there is to much for me to write could someone please contact me.... my name is Diane Leybourne

It was nice location.
The construction at the site and only had the floor level as they closed the upper level. The issue was that we had a joint rook that I had not booked are asked for. And my booking said 1 queen and got 2 doubles

The full breakfast was amazing, everything a person could want for breakfast
and friendly staff who prepared the food and cleaned up after people left
their tables.
