The price was the best part. The room was clean. Man at desk was nice.

The room was dated and it was cold in the room. They new they had quests coming. At least turn the heat up to a warmer temperature. We had to snuggle together under the blankets to get warmed up.

No breakfast included. The date you have was cancelled until the following Thursday. I was in further away from the traffic. The A/C is not at the front window which I preferred anyway to not be. Many channels to catch on the TV. WI FI has good connection. Has full size bigger than mini fridge and microwave. Rooms maintained well and even have carbon monoxide detectors for safety.

We arrived late and could not check out any later than 11 am or charged room rate as a second night's stay. Gentleman, too busy to take the key even at 11 am. when he gave no extra later checkout time for us. Need to bring our own coffee or tea and coffeemaker. Not supplied in the room. Not even an electric kettle.

The rooms were outdated and dirty an not safe. I woke at 4 am being bitten by bedbugs. The owners lied to my face telling me there were none so I threw the one I wrapped in a towel on there desk. They know and are renting to the public anyway. This reflects very poorly on your organization for selling these bookings.

Doors didn't close properly. There was no hot water for shower. Management didn't even wanna feal with it
