La propreté des lieux et bonne isolation, on entendait pas les voisins de chambres du tout Les filles à l’accueil étaient tous super gentilles (j’ai parlé à 3 employées)

Pas qu’on a pas aimé, mais moins apprécié la gestion des déjeuner, ils sont supposés finir à 10h mais à 9h on doit demander pour des couteaux, du jus , du pain et à 9:50 la demoiselle qui y travaillait avait pratiquement tout ranger la nourriture et ce les 2!mâtins qu’on y ait aller

Dejeuner (sac avec muffin, Fromage, pomme et petit jus) pour avoir un restaurant dans le meme edifice, une collaboration aurait pu se faire... Ma porte (chambre 221 ne se fermait qu'avec une swing violante. Meme chose pour la porte de toilette, la porte frotte au cadrage... Jai manqué d'eau chaude... Jentendais mes voisins parler ... Chambre minuscule.. un bureau mais pas de place pour une chaise donc pas de chaise

La qualité prix exceptionnelle. L’emplacement d’une cuisine a permis de cuisiner nos repas.

le bas prix de l’hôtel justifie le petit déjeuner modeste.

Les petits déjeuners : juste un sac avec un muffin et un bout de fromage.. on est loin d'un vrai petit déjeuner !! Pour le restaurant, il est fermé la moitié du temps... c'est vraiment dommage.

Petit hôtel bien situé à proximité du centre de Québec (15 minutes en voiture), grand parking gratuit. Salle commune pour le petit déjeuner (servi sous forme de sac avec jus de fruit + pomme + muffin + fromage). Cette salle peut être utilisée à tout moment pour manger les plats commandés à l'extérieur (micro-onde, couverts et assiettes, verres, lave vaisselle commun), c'est pratique. Machine à café, chocolats, lait à disposition à l'accueil 24/7. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, nous y avons passé 3 nuits.

La piscine est bien mais limite en température (27 °C), ajouter 2 °C et ça sera parfait.

Parking

La chambre n'était pas aérée, très mauvaise odeur d'humidité. L'hôtel se cache derrière le covid pour ne pas faire les chambres. Le petit-déjeuner continental était soit disant compris et en réalité nous n'avons reçu qu'un pauvre petit sachet avec un muffin, une pomme, un jus et un morceau de fromage. Ce n'est pas correct d'annoncer que le petit-déjeuner est compris alors que nous avons reçu qu'une simple "collation", uniquement pour que l'hôtel puisse obtenir le label petit-déjeuner inclus. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine non plus car l'eau était glacée...

Chambre très calme, parking grand et gratuit, distributeur de boissons chaudes gratuites, cuisine, petite salle de sport et salle de repos, chambre très fonctionnelle il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin (télévision, sèche cheveux, savon et shampooing) Petit-déjeuner qui est plutôt une collation, suffisant pour les petits estomacs cependant (un muffin, un jus, un fromage et une pomme)

La piscine était un peu froide pour la saison, c'est dommage, quelques degrés de plus auraient suffit à rendre l'expérience parfaite ! Petit-déjeuner qui ne change jamais, sur un séjour de plusieurs jours on peut se lasser

1) Pas d’ascenseur donc impraticable pour des personnes handicapées 2) Peu de choses autour pour se restaurer 3) Hôtel équipée d’une cuisine à l’accueil qui pourrait faire mieux pour le petit déjeuner 4) Une des filles de l’accueil n’a même pas voulu me dépanner de 10cent pour la machine à laver (obliger de faire la manche auprès de client)

I thought the room was perfect. I felt like I was having a great boutique hotel experience. It was cute, big enough, and a great comfortable bed. I love the take away breakfast. That worked so much better than having to go sit down in a room and find things to eat. It was perfect. I found the staff great, particularly the person that was there when I checked in. She was just so nice and accommodating. She put my bags away safely so I could spend the day wondering about without having to worry about the luggage. I felt right away if this was the right choice for me. Another great part for me was that the city bikes that you can rent had a docking station less than five minute walk away from the hotel. So I can whip down to wherever I wanted and get back without having to worry about walking, finding a cab, spending money on Uber etc. I loved that.

It was great. So I don't really have anything. I thought the pool would be a bit warmer but that's not a big thing.

We got our breakfast for the two mornings we were there in a brown paper bag!!! Better to announce there is no breakfast at all.

There wasn't much to like, we reduced our stay from 3 to 1 night, and would have left immediately if it was refundable.

Our room was in the basement. Dark with one small window which was covered with green contact paper - awful. When I asked to be moved upstairs, I was told that all rooms with 2 beds, I e. that slept 4 people, were only on the basement level. Bathroom was also not as pictured and had mold on the tiles . That means that their pictures on Booking.com are false advertising as they are clearly not in the basement. Would NOT recommend. Also, the included breakfast is a paper bag you pick up at reception, juice box, apple, packages muffin. Other hotels costing the same fee have wonderful included breakfasts.

Large wall Post in between the beds not able to see and access half the room. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, walls were dirty shower had mold in between all lower tiles, the heat rad and hair dryer was filthy.

Restaurant was closed

Room was clean and bed confortable, perfect for our one night stay. Breakfast was ok, simple but good to-go breakfast with fruit, muffin, cheese, juice box.

The shower was broken so we had to ask the front desk staff to come and fix it for us. Apparently, it was meant to be repaired so we shouldn't have been in that room. The hallways smell quite a bit (cigarette) no ventilation but windows could be opened for fresh air. Room didn't have a smell though so we were happy with that.

Clean, spacious family room. Perfect location - 10 min drive to Old Quebec. Less than 15 min to shopping malls. Less than 20 min to Montmorency Falls. Free parking.
