The location is central to many of the top spots in downtown Victoria, it's very walkable to the nearby Beacon Hill Park, the Empress, downtown, the wharf, and more. We booked a room with a kitchen, that came with just about everything we needed. The room was large, and very comfortable for our needs. AC worked great, though a bit loud.

It's an older historic building, so there is no elevator. The parking lot is a bit small, so keep that in mind if you have a larger vehicle.

Very clean and well epuiped room, comfy bed and quiet in the heart of down town. Walkable to most things.

Great room layout for the suite. Well equipped kitchen and Appliances. Nice linens, sofa, excellent black out curtains and great tvs. Fantastic location!

An unavoidable repair issue was addressed immediately.

Location, and our king suit room came with a complete mini kitchen, which is very convenient when travelling with a baby. Great room and lots of space.

It was a cute suite.. close to the downtown area.. easy walking..

We had a room on the second floor. The suite surpassed my expectation, great size with 2 queen beds, a sofa, table & chairs and a full kitchen. I block walking to a lot of tourist attractions

There was a lot of road noise from my room. You had to keep the A/C unit on in January to drown it out.

The room was much larger than expected and included a kitchenette.

The only complaint I had for my 2 night stay was the fact that there was construction happening right outside. I spent one day working in the room and it was difficult to concentrate while the mirror directly in front of me was shaking due to hammering. I should have mentioned something but understood that renovations can be somewhat noisy.

Clean, quiet, reasonable room daily rate, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, excellent location

Nothing bad we noticed except the car parking ( we knew there that we need to pay extra $ 10 daily for each car

Bathroom was a bit tight, and no handheld shower head.

The staff was very accomodating during the worst snow storm in recent history. Called for cabs (none available) so we were largely stranded in the Inn. Got take out from the Old Spaghetti Factory, so the kitchen in our room was very useful. The young women on staff that night (Dec. 21, night shift) was charming and helpful.
