It was hot inside and AC could not deal with it. The mattresses was not comfortable.

The suite included a microwave, coffee maker and fridge which is a great deal considering the price of stay.

A couple of improvements would be more bath towels as there were only two large towels for the four of us. The bottom sheet coving the box spring or mattress was not tucked in and touching the floor. The worry here would be just easier access for bugs to climb up the bed if there were any. Lastly if they had complimentary slippers something like the ones you get on an airplane would be a wonderful plus.

Great value for money . Basic accommodation but was clean , 15min walk into downtown Victoria and staff were friendly and helpful .

room service was not available since the reception told they don’t have enough staff to tide up rooms so we have to collect our garbage and put it out of room

There is no elevator.

Location was close to family, room was clean and the price was good.

Room was hot despite it being winter and the thermostat being off. Window was left open to keep the room temperature reasonable, but there is a lot of traffic noise making it difficult to sleep at night.

Very comfortable and spacious, only 10 minutes on bus to downtown, bus stop just outside Arbutus Inn,staff very helpful

There was nothing I didn't like, it is so convenient to Wayfair mall and downtown, also very quiet, beds were very comfy

A boutique hotel on the edge of downtown Victoria, BC. The Room was great. Lovely decor and period architecture. On the negative side, the rooms do not have individual thermostats, and it was very hot. Had to have the window open and the a/c running..in Canadian November. The room was a bit on the small side, but overall, it was great. Will be staying there again for another short stay. Close to downtown by car. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our room had a desk, microwave and mini fridge.
