Great motel clean and friendly 👌

Excellent service ,friendly staff. Loved the room it was extremely clean. Very quiet no noise. No problems at all.

Liked , staff, location room and being pet friendly.

Only saw coffee, no breakfast. If there was one, I didn't see it or wasn't told about it. Also, all dogs are supposed to be on a leash. There was a guest whose dog had the run of the outdoors. The dog was large and intimidating, though pretty much ignored my husky and me. Looks like people don't pick up after their dogs.

Close to beautiful Irving Park. Close to highway, close to restaurants, dog friendly, patio door with parking right in front of room.

Two regular coffee packets instead of one regular and one decaffeinated

Clean quiet rooms with easy access. Staff is super friendly and helpful

The bathrooms are dated and although it was clean it looked old and not welcoming

I like the location

the hallways on the first floor absolutely stank...a very odd smell. Two of the three nights I stayed at the hotel, there was no hot water for my shower in the morning....and I was one of 'maybe' 5 occupied rooms...so no excuse.
