I like that they serve bkfst at 7am...I will stay here now...as the hotel I used to stay at "econolodge" Did not serve til 8am. And one has to be at the ferry by 8am. So ...that doesn't work.

Please stop using the super strong smelling cleaning products in the lobby!! Overwhelmed...

The room generally exceeded my expectations. I really like the way that they facilitate breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a nice selection of necessaries and snacks available to purchase at the front desk. there was one soda/water vending machine o the second floor. The windows blinds did a great job blocking out the light.

There was a noticeable amount of general disrepair around the property and room, not to the point that it disrupted our stay but it was definitely noticeable. I wish that there was a back door so that guests on the second and third floors don't have to walk around the building from the parking lot. There were pest control boxes inside the public areas with warnings on them, if I had brought my kids with me I would have been a bit concerned about that.

Front desk staff were so nice and helpful

Was switched rooms 3x because the first two had dirty bathrooms...like had been forgotten to be cleaned. The curtains all had holes in them and it was just dirty all around...except the lobby... the lobby and breakfast areas were clean.
