Location was good.check in was ok. There was confusion about a second bed or pull out.

The mini fridge in room 201 didn't work at all. Possibly even warmed things a little, spoiling some medicine. And the pool was unusable due to the amount of chemicals used. Just being in the area would make you choke and eyes burn. Causing our 10 year old to go back on inhalers. There was so much chemical that it turned his hair green and caused mild skin burns on myself. When you have a child at the hotel the most important part of that stay becomes the pool. This was disappointing and we had to find other things to do in the area to entertain him. This already $500 stay ran an extra $200 as a result. I believe that a family stay should come with a heads up if there is an issue with the facilities. There were multiple complaints at the front desk regarding the issue and no one seemed happy with any sort of resolution.

We got the hotel because of the pool for the kids and they could only use it for 2 hours because the chemicals were to strong and they broke out and when they accidentally breath some in they were coughing and threw up

Large, comfortable room. Clean and quiet hotel. Great location - easy access to highway, shopping & food. Pet friendly.

The pool/slide was closed for maintenance when we arrived, which was a disappointment - it was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. The rooms were clean, but a little dated. We used the sofa-bed in our room and the mattress was torn along the seams (which I brought to the staff attention).

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly. Great spot for a quick stopover with the family.

I was charged $25 for a extra blanket!!!!!! Most hotels have extra in closet. Breakfast space could be bigger/ more seating. We had to go to room to eat.

There was left over food on the furniture from previous guest. The pull out bed sheets were not in our room. conditioner and shower gel bottle in room were empty.

I didn't like kids running up and down the halls and on Saturday night the room next to mine played loud music for hours. Did go to the front desk to complain and eventually turned off their music but they started back up in the morning. Also not enough parking.

The staff was amazing, I felt they went above and beyond, I have never had that sort of interaction with any other hotel staff at any other hotel, ever, the young lady that took my info and gave me my keys was spectacular, her personality was amazing and then I got a text from her and then another staff member asking about my stay and checking to see if we needed anything, wow, I have never had a hotel check with me before. It was my first time staying there but it won't be my last, breakfast was very good and the staff there were also very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and family friendly. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff you have at this location. I was charged $25 tho yesterday and I am not sure what that is for, the young lady may have mentioned it but I don't recall. Location.

The man working reception was not friendly at all, would take phone calls mid conversation and couldn’t even work a debit machine. 15 minutes for him to end up calling his boss and her saying just push sale and type it into the debit machine. Please find someone who’s more kinder and knowledgeable working day shift especially with so many kids & events happening
