The room was good, beds comfortable, shower was great.

exterior of property was unclean and not due to the construction going on at the facility. trash and unkept grounds.

No parking for travels with utility trailers you need more parking, my truck and trailer are about as long as a school bus

no coffee maker in the room which was bizarre especially as it was advertised to have one, the staff was helpful trying to locate one but he couldn’t find one for me. The hotel was also being renovated, which I understood when booking but the paint fumes in the room were unreal. It was so strong we had to keep the patio door open some for air which was bad because of A) the location, and B) the heater wasn’t working either,,, we attempted to plug it in but it smelled like burning so that was a no go. The room was nicely renovated and will probably be nice when the whole renovation is done but I would definitely suggest they purchase some coffee makers and possibly a new heater/AC system.

We thought the price was high for the size of the room.

Breakfast is not served until 6:30 am. It's too late for many who paid for it. No alternative option like a grab and go bag, so make sure your company knows if you book here, you won't be able to leave the hotel until after 6:30am. Staff was rude about breakfast time and was right outside the front door smoking... gross. The room heater was left on for hours on high before check-in, so the room was roasting hot for hours. No amenities, just a bare-bones motel desperately in need of an update

I would like a refund for my stay; It was not a good experience. The employee smoked cigarettes at the front door and the whole hotel smelled of smoke. Our room had blood stains on the wall, bed, and carpet. When I notified the staff he did not apologize at all and said “I guess I can switch you rooms”. The new room had stains on the bed, fridge and crumbs on the floor ( I have pictures of all of this). And smelled of smoke and mildew. Overall I would not recommend a stay at this hotel based off this experience. I would like contact from someone to make this experience better.
