Clean , modern room. Friendly staff.

Door mechanisms not adjusted to prevent banging-come on, this is basic maintenance! 10 am breakfast finish is too early. Too expensive for what you get.

Comfy king size bed, good sized room with a nice view. Staff was very friendly.

Carpet in room could use a deep clean or replacement.

if I’m going to pay 230 dollars for a glorified motel there should at least be the option of kill for coffee. it’s a basic ask not extravagant. my issue a little bit more was that when I asked at reception if there was any milk, he looked at me like I was asking him to remove all the red M&Ms like a Diva or something . I just find the rates are over the top now and inflation is a factor but the companies are gauging. at this moment I’m staying at a beautiful holiday inn express which is always my first choice in Sault Ste. Marie and it’s literally almost 100 dollars cheaper and the amenities are much better here. Also, another thing I forgot to mention was there wasn’t even a microwave in the room and I know there’s one in the breakfast room, but sometimes convenience is what makes people stay loyal to a company . if you are saving that extra money by not providing a microwave in each of the rooms than that savings to translate down and lower the price.

Took a while to get checked in, couldn’t find reservation. Not a large parking lot for trailers.
