Nothing staff is very rude front desk guy not at all worth. They won’t provide any facility they have spoiled the brand name
No room service . It stinks no cleaning rooms are very small . Not at all worth

Noise easily travels from room to room and from hall way. No map of area provided should also have bag in room for wet clothes

The room was clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff is pleasand and helpful.

It was close to restaurants and shopping and the Terry Fox Monument
The fan in the bathroom always runs when the light is on. It’s very loud and annoying. The step into our room from outside was quite high and hard to use when you have bad knees. It would be nice to have chairs to watch tv rather than lying in bed. The free continental breakfast could have had a few more items…more cereal

A great place to stay, conveniently located and nice breakfast area.
The smell from the AC was terrible but it was too hot when we turned it off. We kept spraying febreze and left the tiny window open for fresh air.

Room was good. Large bathroom which was great. Staff excellent.
Very expensive for what is there. Very basic breakfast (your should learn from Howard Johnson!) This at over $200n for the night was \by far the most expensive stay on our trek across the country.

Too loud at night, people coming and out all hours of the night, doors slamming hard and is also loud outside with people under the influence drinking and smoking outside.

Was no microwave and someone kept taking my parking spot which I had to park somewhere close by plus the free wifi was crappy cause it kept booting me off , in other words was great

Needed to leave early because of hiway closure and was not given any refund. Property needs to accommodate these issues and resolve better.

Quiet, chill. Close to the public pool. Proper coffee machine. Smart tv.
Terrible pillows.
