Nothing I didn't like, would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room was exactly like the images shown. We stayed in the king suite which had a jacuzzi tub. It was such a clean and comfy room! The view wasn't the greatest, but was a short walk from the falls. The bed was also very comfortable which was also a plus! The staff at the front desk were always so kind and friendly during check in and out! Overall it was a great stay, I definitely recommend!

Breakfast was not included and you have to pay approx. $25 for parking.

Room was so small, much smaller than booking.com said it would be. The bathroom door would not close. Water pressure was very bad. My wife killed a cockroach in the room.

The room was great and so clean! Bed was comfy and huge! Short walk to Clifton hill, super super great value for the money we spend for 2 nights :)

Spacious and clean rooms. As a family of 6, we asked for adjoining rooms and we were very lucky to have our request accommodated during check-in.

Was very skeptical about the staff as on two occasions they were rude to me but during our stay, everyone was polite and respectful. A bit pricey to pay 20/day for parking seeing how there were lower options all over Clifton Hill.

The was super clean and the staff was really nice. The location was perfect as it's not in the center of town so it wasn't too loud.

The room we had was a little outdated but clean. I really think it's ridiculous that after all these yrs these hotels with on-site parking are all of a sudden charging you to park there. And they do not have complimentary coffee it's 4 dollars or more a cup in the lobby. Seriously, you make enough money off of your guests. Give us free parking and a cup of coffee.

Close to restaurants

The room they gave me was small. bath tub has hairs, didn’t clean well, fridge was leaking water inside. I was storing my breastmilk in the fridge that’s why it matters to me.

It was clean,and comfortable. It was affordable and good for the price stated.The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I like the room itself because it is clean and the bed is comfy. I love that there is coffee machine and a refrigerator. I also like the clean bathroom. The cleanliness of the facility is commendable.

First of all, the wifi connection is too weak. We are three in the room and I have to do a project using my laptop but the connection is too bad I even used my own data connection to finish my task. Second, as far as I remember, most hotels provide slippers for guests. In our case, this trip is unplanned and my friend booked it under my name and we haven't brought slippers. Third, no toothbrush or toothpaste. I know we only stayed for a day, but the hotel should also provide these things as well. We ended up buying in Dollarama which is a long walk from the hotel. Third, at least provide 1 bottled water for each guest. Your hotel is long walk to most good destinations and its not worth it to walk long just to buy the stuffs that lack in the room.
