Breakfast options were limited and unable to split beds for a family of 4. So when they suite check if they can split beds for kids/teenagers.

Location was good for catching transportation. Staff were super friendly upon arrival and very helpful. Room was comfy and clean with good views.

Breakfast menu was limited , and being given an allowance for breakfast was not that welcome, especially given the room cost.

Right at the downtown

We have to ask for extra things, booked for 3 people and only setup for 2.

The location is a little unsafe. Hotel check-in was slow, initially asked if they could help me then, then said "no, wait", and served someone who had come after me!

The stafd were exceptionally kind.

The staff.

It’s always a lovely place to stay. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The entrance and lobby are clean and elegant (also there’s a beautiful light and subtle scent when you walk through!). It’s family friendly; walking distance to all the best shopping, the best food, and the best attractions! Teenager (and Mom) approved.
