The view

We were to get 2 queen beds and got one queen bed. There was commotion in the room next to us people screaming for help and lady screaming . Told front desk and all they said is I am sorry . We had only 1 day to look at the city and it was ruined because my wife was traumatized by the events . She thought someone was being held against their will or something terrible was happening. Management didn’t offer any kind of compensation for us missing out on our one day to see the sights .

Despite pre-reserving breakfast there was still a 45min wait to get a table in the morning. Outrageous for a buffet breakfast that is pre-booked. Mediocre experience which tainted the rest of the stay.

Parking is expensive the value is not good for all and the staff is not helping no chick in till 4 pm click out at the front desk it takes about 15 minutes we look like someone checking and they say no thing to add to my stay no gift .

Sheraton Falls has the best view of the Niagra Falls! It’s in a prime location close to Falls Street. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The standout is the rooms that have a front facing view of the Falls, you literally open your bedroom door out into a Juliette balcony railing and have mind blowing scenes. The room we stayed in also has an electric fire place that made the ambiance cozy and relaxing.

Whilst the staff are friendly, I had made some room requests which were forgotten about until I followed up; I assume it’s because the staff are probably stretched due to the hotel being busy. The ATM didn’t work and the service fee was quite high. The breakfast buffet was elevated again due to the view and the selection of hot food could have been extended. I did expect the food especially the chicken and sausages to be a little tastier and they didn’t seem fresh, I’m not sure they were re-heated? It just wasn’t very nice. Also there is only pot coffee; for the brand name Sheraton I believe the breakfast buffet can be improved. These were minor in my eyes though perhaps helpful to others.

the view was spectacular. Loved every bit of it. Made it tough to step out of our room.

Bit confusing how to get to main lobby from the floor and then to parking garage. Challenging at first to find parking garage. No designed unloading area for guests not using valet parking.

All shampoo, conditioner and body wash are empty. Filled up after called.

La ubicación es fantástica! Súper cerca de las atracciones principales en Niagara y de los restaurantes. Podíamos ver las dos cataratas desde la habitación, lo cual era mi sueño! En comentarios dice que se pueden ver desde el piso 15 y estuvimos en el 18, pero desde el comedor que queda en el 13, se ven perfectamente! El buffet de desayuno delicioso y la atención muy buena, hasta la mesera hablaba español! La habitación grande, las camas súper cómodas; dormimos muy bien!

Las cortinas del baño son en tela y se mojan mientras uno se baña y mojan el baño! La toalla de pies para salir del baño se mojó demasiado y tocó usar dos más, para secar toda el agua! Sería bueno que las cambiaran por cortinas en plástico, pues la potencia de la ducha es la ideal!

Breakfast was excellent, Our server (Zack) made us feel welcome and has a great sense of humor.

Le personnel d'entretien des chambres était très bien. Les lits étaient confortables.

L'emplacement de la chambre était derrière les ascenseurs. On entendait constamment le bruit de fonctionnement des ascenseurs. La chambre était très petite par rapport au prix que nous avons payé et le personnel à l'accueil a été très condescendent.

Location and service are top notch! So many things to do around the area, plus the hotel staff was very attentive and courteous.

There is no bidet in the bathroom.

Well it is very nice because it has an nice location eating a breakfast with the view to the falling water.

Their wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It would have been good is there was a robe and slippers in the room other wise it was great.

Perfect views of the falls. We could also see the nightly lighting of the falls and the fireworks. The location gave us easy access to the Rainbow Bridge and let us go to NY for the American-side attractions.

Best thing about this hotel is the location and the 2 day Wego passes they included with our stay.

Overpriced for quality of stay. Disappointing pools both inside and outdoor. Terrible view of city view room, couldn’t even see the skywheel. Hit with major taxes and extra fees in the end. Was a trek to get to the parking garage.
