Easy access, clean and adequate
I was given the wrong room. Someone walked in on me(the actual person the room was intended for) while I was coming out of the shower. I reported the issue at the time. My room was not corrected to the king bed I was supposed to get. I repeated my experience and déception to two different front desk attendants, including a supervisor at checkout time without being offered réparation or compensation or complementary services.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The woman running the breakfast bar was very friendly and helpful, and my kids appreciated that she spoke both French and English.
The pool room was being repainted and smelled strongly of paint fumes. The little splash pad in the shallow end of the pool did not work. This was a huge disappointment as this water feature was one of the reasons we selected this Super 8.

The pool with the water slide was perfect for the kids to unwind and tire out before bed. Very comfortable and breakfast was a bonus. Location was perfect for getting to the highway and close to shops.
The splash pad wasn't working.

The pool is really for super young kids. It is very shallow (like under your knees). It would have been nice to have a directory of where the closest food and grocery store were.

There was no housekeeping until the 3rd day. We ran out of towels, the garbage was full, and the floors dirty. The pool deck was dirty as well, a bandaid was stuck to the ground 2 days in a row.

Very clean and quiet room with no carpets. Very comfortable king bed. Friendly staff. Convenient location about 15 minutes from downtown with easy access to the highways. Several luggage carts available.
Hallway carpets were visibly dirty. Would have preferred medium size bar fridge rather than the smallest unit. Price was expensive including pet fee. Parking was a distance from the main entrance/elevator and the other doors were not open for use.

Room had a old and closed for so long kind of smell, wasn't that clean. I saw dust ball in the corners and on the furniture.
Pool & hot tub water was dirty. Front desk in the morning had no smile when we came for breakfast, no hi hello. I know we were English speaker but at least a smile even the Manager.

I loved that room had no carpet, I found it is better with the flooring they had in room, which makes it feel that much clean.
We were located on the 3rd floor, and occupants above us were quite noisy (from 2:30 am till about 3:30 am) it sounded as if they were playing soccer in their room. A guess is not enough of a sound barrier in flooring.

The breakfast was fine. Beds were clean and comfy, room temperature was good.
The pool needs some work and the staff was not very helpful. My daughter dropped her juice and the girl at the front desk saw and did nothing. She was going to just leave the juice all over the floor. I asked her for a mop and she said are you going to mop it? I actually intended to mop it but never did I except that question. Overall staff was not friendly or helpful.

My 7 year old and 3 year old had a blast in the indoor pool with a slide. we only stayed one night but next time will stay one more night. we had the biggest room,room 404, we liked it so much it’s clean and very spacious.

Dirty rooms, ants all around swimming pool floor and bathrooms, mold on window ledges, dirty hand prints on walls, stains on bed sheets, tv did work, kids tv remote in their bunk bed area did not work
