I left a toiletry bag at the hotel and afterwards confirmed with the front desk that it would be ready for pick up before my daughter travelled to the hotel from Burnaby by Uber to collect it. However, when my daughter went there it wasn’t at the front desk and the staff couldn’t find it and were quite rude about it. They later found it again and let me know. But I had to send a courier to pick it up, and pay for the courier, after my daughter had already made a special trip down there to get it.

Bastante bien. Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación grande y limpia.

El desayuno es bastante mejorable. Y el aire de la habitación hace mucho ruído.

Although out of town the hotel was easy to get to via public transport. The complimentary breakfast was excellent

The breakfast was excellent, very nourishing and a great start to the day. The room was clean, warm and very well furnished. The location of the hotel was great. The bus route to downtown had a stop right outside the lobby, also routes to many other parts of the city! My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was great to have no traffic noise.

The fridge was an older model and was quite loud during the night as it turned off and on and the toilet cistern also had a noticeable drip which was annoying at night also.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always provided outstanding assistance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a step above other "free breakfasts" we've experienced.

Quiet, comfortable room. Great location for our needs. Really appreciated the breakfast, tastier than the usual continental…warm and filling.
