Helpful and accommodating staff

Older property. Needs a facelift. Night one was in a room where the shower rig fell off the wall and flooded the bath and hall. I give a higher rating because of the response of the staff moving us to a better room and comping a breakfast and parking. Staff response was great. Shout out to Danielle and Briana for their subsequent response and grace.

Right on the waterfront aand 1 block away from the primary entertainment district.

Exceptional sleep and comfort. Close to all hype downtown locations.

Slow WiFi in the lobby

Location and comfort of the rooms is great. Hotel parking is awesome downtown and so close to the harbor.

No room service. Not as clean as it could be, some guest were loud. Water pressure in shower wasn't stable. Hotel is too expensive for what you get, I've stayed at nicer air b and bs.

Great beds and quiet hotel

Friendly clenaing personnel, friendly person at the front desk.

The facility is obviously outdated. Very loud aircon and fan. Room was on the street, windows did not absorb streetnoise. Delivery vehicles in front of the room in the morning extremely loud. Bad odor in the room. The smell in the room of food (maybe through verntilation from kitchen?) stayed after treatment by staff with airrefresher.

Location was great for waterfront and citadel exploration. Beds were very comfortable. People were very helpful and friendly. Gym was better than average.

The "no guaranteed parking" and charged $25.00 per night! Coffee maker and paper pods SUCKED. Toilet paper was exceptionally thin and had to use A LOT to get clean. "Breakfast" - Grab n Go was terrible. - not what anyone would call "breakfast". Don't say that there's a "breakfast".

Beds were comfy, and our room overlooked the courtyard, so it was super quiet. Lots of space in the room as well. Super thankful for the close and reasonably priced parking the hotel offers. We showed up and parked the car and left it there until we left.

The shower needs an upgrade. The water pressure was terrible and to switch from the faucet to the shower head was a struggle. Other than that the washroom was large and clean.

The front staff were personable and tried hard to be helpful. ....in marked contrast to the cleaning staff...or those who were supposed to clean. One young man, at the front desk, after repeated efforts to have our room cleaned by 5:30 pm, reported that he was prepared to do it himself. He took a pride in his work. It's too bad others couldn't follow his example. The bed was comfortable.

There is a major problem with your cleaning staff, We noted poor work habits, bad attitudes, inattention to detail to name a few. We had to repeatedly request the front desk for assistance in having our room cleaned. The second day of our stay, when the room wasn't cleaned by mid afternoon, we spoke to one of the housekeeping staff and were essentially told that this was our fault,.... that we'd left our "later"card on the doorknob. This wasn't true...it wasn't there and hadn't been there for hours,. This same response came up again later in the week.....it's called "blame the client". We seldom had coffee provided in our room, or if it was, there was no cream. We had two plastic covered cups provided on day one, and that was it for our stay. .....no more cups. Some housekeepingwork done after our reminders appeared slipshod. Lastly, sleep on the 6th floor the thursday May 25 and friday May 26 was difficult....it was noisy. It didn't come from our floor, possibly outside? It was party noise and went on until 2:30am.

the Check-in was super fast, also the service was incredible for all the staff, the breakfast is really simple but it works perfectly, so not complaints. I recommend this place 100%

Staff was very helpful and kind. Very impressed with the hotel!

Would have liked a microwave in the room.
