Room directly across from large construction site. Mid week I would have thought other spots available. If it was longer stay I would have requested change if possible. Also pillows are not great on bed. Maybe just a bad set. Rare to find that in my experience with great hotels.

it’s location. The room was a good size, but the placement of the sofa made it slightly difficult to access the left side of the bed.
The room was very quiet, except for morning construction and the snow plows clearing the parking lot next door.
The morning noise of a city waking up, large truck traffic.

The location is great, the room was nice
Our tv didn't work we called and someone came said they had to go to the desk and never came back. At 9:30 we fixed it ourselves by unplugging all of the cables.
Also the hot tub was dissapointing, no pressure in the Jets.

The location was excellent and the staff were courteous and very nice. It was a beautiful room with so much space, I loved it. It was very clean and love the ability to have room service and Starbucks!
The only downside was no parking was available that evening (full) so I had to park across the street in a pay parking lot. I didn't care about where I had to park, it was just that after 6pm apparently the pay parking lot doesn't offer the 24 hour pay option the hotel told us it would and I had to be out of it by 8 am. A person behind me had the same issue and could only pay til 8 am as well.
This took nothing away from the hotel and it's amenities at all, just a note that parking can be an issue especially if you're staying multiple nights and get there after 6 pm.

Good location and convenient bistro/bar in lobby. Nice staff.
AC was on in our room full blast, all evening. Maintenance couldn't fix, so had to turn everything off. Use extra blankets.
Hot tub wasn't working properly, it was only warm temp, no jets - hence one of reasons why we booked here. Unfortunately, not a perfect stay.

We did not have breakfast there . Loved the location- dinner at the Bicycle Thief- sat outside overlooking waterfront- excellent. Also enjoyed dinner at Hermitage. Both a short walk. Loved the farmers market, the NS art gallery…We actually found free street parking for the weekend.
Better black out curtains would have been nice. The curtains “gapped” - I tried using a hair clip and furniture to close the gaps/ pin to the wall.
