Too high price for parking

breakfast was good . the room was in need of repairs , door was broken off the cupboard to the mini fridge I had to place it back on myself, in need of new hinges

bed was too soft and worn out I assume as it had no body to the mattress and it was just a pillow the bed formed around you

Breakfast was great! Customer service and room was great! Got a free upgrade.

The pool was a bit cold, the pool area wasn't the cleanest and quite small. Housekeeping showed up to our room before checkout. Did not like paying for parking.

The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the breakfast which was included; price is comparable to most things downtown Halifax, but this sets it apart.

Was noisy at times. Elevators were spotty (we were on 11th floor so sometimes there was a wait) The room was large enough to accommodate a couch or a couple of lounge chairs - it was just empty :(

Hotel was very nice, modern and clean. Walking distance to places to eat. Good complimentary breakfast.

Didn't like that there was a charge for parking and that it was in a parking garage next to the hotel

Room and beds were comfortable. It was reasonably quiet.

Pillows could have been better. Pool was a little small. A cafe or restaurant would improve it.

Small breakfast zone and too many people for it. Dirty tables, floor. Choice of food was poor. Headboard was in terrible condition. Is it ok for such price?

Breakfast was great the staff taking care of the breakfast were fantastic , friendly. . Assisted mom mom when they noticed her shaking hands . Helped bring her plate to table for her . My mom has Parkinson’s . That was extremely thoughtful the staff assisted her . That meant a lot to her and us her two daughters . That is going above and beyond to help . Just fantastic staff .

Bed headboards leather peeling needs to be replaced other than that it was great

parking was okay. we needed a handicap spot noticed there were vehicles parked in the spaces that did not have a handicap ticket visible.

liked the location , we basically parked and it was close enough to walk to places we wanted to go to

The shower curtain had a big tear in it and was frayed at the bottom. Took hour to bring up towels. Breakfast was not as advertised, we booked for the make your own waffles bar and fresh pressed juice both of which had been replaced with processed tasteless crap for breakfast. Fruits were bruised and bananas green, very disappointed. Pool too small and way too many people in it.

Corner room was nice with a view. Breakfast was good and provided variety. Efficient check-in and out.

No issues at all. Things were as expected - repeat stay at this property.

Location!!!

I didn't like that our room was put on the same floor with pre teen hockey players who where let to run the hallway and scream/ talk outside our room until midnight when I had to call the front desk twice before anything was done about it. I spent too much money to be kept awake, and had to call the front desk twice about the noise. The front desk should know where the sports teams are being put, and put the rest of their guest on other floors away from them. This was the worst stay I have ever had.
