All accommodations were open, pleasant staff and the 12 PM check out time

Room was dirty not vacuumed, hair in bathroom, told my reserved room was not available and given one next to the elevator which was soo loud and disruptive

my son loves to swim. so i chose a hotel who has pool

they suppose to provide a free parking to guests. and they suppose to charge same rate each day

Breakfast was so nice and lots to choose.

The beddings, comforter, pillows smells like bad body odor/ Sweat. Smells like it wasn't changed from previous guest . I called the night receptionist, i told him to change the comforter but only gave us thin blanket. And could not come back since he is the only one downstairs. We didn't sleep properly. I was not expecting that from Holiday inn. The price wasn't worth it. I expected so much since its in downtown and $150 a night.

The complimentary breakfast was great. Pool was not working for 2 days. Asked the lady what time the pool closed. She said 11. Went to get dressed up in our suits only to find out it was closed when we got there. The least she could have done was say but it’s closed at the moment. Was gone from our room for 4 hours and they never made it up for our 2 day stay. Did not have a do not disturb sign up either. Very friendly staff. Comfortable. Clean.

That they didn’t make up our room for our second day and said the pool closed at 11. They couldn’t tell us the pool was not working so we got all dressed up in our bathing suits got there and it was closed.

Loved the jacuzzi, the staff were all so friendly! Raminder was especially helpful & very friendly, we really enjoyed chatting with him about IHG Rewards which he set us up with :)

Excellent food quality and choices

My sister and I had a wonderful stay. The room was great and the staff was very friendly and not to mention the bed was awesome!!!

I have no complaints. The check in process was very accommodating. Front desk personel did an excellent job.

I can't complain about anything . Overall experience was exceptional.

rude, didn’t provide wifi to assist booking, refused booking because I sat in the lobby to charge my phone to book in. threatened to call police three times and refused to let me book in. not impressed

the man in the suits attitude it was aggressive and uncomfortable

The hotel billed me $168 for the room when I had reserved it for $120 on booking.com I had to leave in a hurry for an early morning medical appointment and assumed that booking.com would send me the receipt so I didn’t view the bill before leaving. Thee were no other charges other than the room.

Good location, but construction made it not so easy to get to

Construction (beyond their control), my vehicle was broken into and a guest was out of control Saturday night which kept us up until 2:30 ish AM :( Security and staff did their best though and they were eventually removed from the hotel!

cleanliness they didn’t have the room I reserved and paid for there was poor parking the staff weren’t welcoming at night!

like the bed , the jet tub, the fire place, vending machines were empty and unfortunately vagrants hanging outside the building was kind of a drag but what can you do ?
