Room high up un tower, great views. Bed very comfortable, big TV.

There is a high window from bathroom to bed area. At night, going to bathroom lights up the entire room, which woke my partner. Why put a window between bathroom and main room?

Location was perfect, within walking distance of so many areas. I'd also add that the rooms are very quiet. My room was next to the elevator. When I got off the elevator, I heard the room next door to me having a party. When I was in my room, I couldn't hear a thing from either the room next door or the elevator!

The price seemed a bit high for a Sheraton. However, I understand it is high season.

The hotel staff were just simply wonderful!! Especially the following individuals: Long, Jake, Jashan, and Savanna. They were kind, professional, caring, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Their friendliness and genuine smile really made a huge positive impact on us. The hotel was also very clean with beautiful views of the city. The food was fresh and delicious. Whenever we visit Vancouver, we will be sure to stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location, walking anywhere distance in Vancouver. Very clean and modern.

Our beds were comfy, I accidently booked double beds instead of queens and we had 4 people share 2 beds which was tight but that was poor plan in on my part. We all slept great considering.

It would have been nice to have a microwave to heat up our food. That was the only thing that we would have liked to have in our room. Everything else was great.

The check in experience was awesome. The front desk staff went above and beyond in giving plushy souvenirs to my kids on check in. It was definitely an extra surprise for the kids. The location of the hotel is awesome to explore downtown Vancouver.

It would have been better to have proper coffee cups rather than paper cups.

Die Aussicht aus dem 28. Stock war beeindruckend. Ausstattung vollkommen zufriedenstellend, es wurde täglich gereinigt. Kaffemaschine war vorhanden. Täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser verfügbar (Wasser aus Hahn ist stark gechlort).

Fenster waren unzureichend isoliert, Straßenlärm trotzdem hörbar. Insbesondere im Südturm, wo nebenan eine Klinik mit Notaufnahme war, so dass man regelmäßig Sirenen hören konnte.

It was so close to most attractions and everything is almost of walking distance. The room they gave us had an excellent view. Customer service was top-notch. We were checked in 3 hours prior to check-in time and after checking out they stored our luggages so we can still walk in the area without carrying our luggages around. Maintenance attended to our issue right away when something broke, cleaning staff was friendly.

I loved how friendly and helpful our housekeep, Susan S. was. She even helped suggest places we can go to. The bathrooms were clean and the bed linens were changed often so it felt nice and crisp.

For the family room, I knew when I booked it that we would only have 1 bathroom, but it was rather inconvenient to have 5 adults share a 2 bedroom and 1 bath room. We had an encounter with another housekeeper who was very rude to my mom when she requested thay the sheets be changed. The vent in the family room was also a bit dusty. I just felt like downtown was very dusty and the rooms just triggered our family's dust allergy. It felt as of no matter how much Susan cleans the place it would be dusty again in just a few minutes. The place was also too dry, we were more used to a wet and humid environment.

Great location and comfy rooms. The staff were very accomodating with our request for a joining room. Room service was also very nice.
