Manager was terrible

The location

That my reservation was canceled because I got mine from booking, they canceled it to take in ppl from Fla due to the hurricane so they can charge a higher price. This didn't just happen to me there was another man in the lobby, she told him she didn't have his name OR reservation number as well. Was told there wasn't any availability for us ( I didn't know this man). But someone WALKED in was quoted a price and told him that the room would be ready in a hour. Now had he had a reservation there wouldn't have been a issue and my review would've been different, but he didn't she asked. Just being money hungry and took advantage of those seeking refuge from the storm.

The staff was friendly enough and the location was convenient

Beds were not comfortable, also didn't seem like a king sized bed

It needs to be Cleaned up Outside slot by Pet Area was Trashed and waste baskets were full all the time

Dark and dingy

Great location, great staff

The smell of wet carpet, the building outside was perfect but inside the room look beat up. The furniture was broken and outdated The smell in the hallway to the room made me nervous

ROOM SIZE WAS FANTASTIC, STAFF, AND CLEALINESS VERY NICE.

PLACE TO EAT DINNER, COCKTAILS WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT.

The hotel was clean, front desk staff was very nice, I love the pool hours. The water was super HOT loved that and it was a very nice stay.

The A/C wasn't cool enough but it was ok.
