I really appreciated the suite setup. There was a door that divided the sleeping space from the living space. Adults and teenagers had privacy. There was also a TV in both spaces.

Huge room, very clean, safe surroundings.

Leaky sprinkler fixture, temp control that was more complicated than necessary.

Poor customer service. Expectations not set upon booking. We were informed at check-in to pay $250 damage deposit in CASH ONLY. We had to use ATM on site that required $3 fee per transaction and max withdrawal per transaction was $200. I will not be staying here again.

It was right off of Hwy 75, but harder to locate once off the highway. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice, except one girl she had an attitude and she work at night wasn’t not pleasant at all. Chuck that watch over the breakfast was a delight to talk to every morning. The cleaning lady was very nice kept our room clean every day… My daughter want to stay there again and we will recommend family and friends to stay at your hotel…. The breakfast was very good and tasty… The girl wasn’t pleasure I should had got her name… Because me and my daughter job we work with people everyday. Her customer service was terrible… When we came into the hotel she actually had the door locked we had to bang on the door to get in the hotel… I didn’t appreciate that attitude when we spend our $597.00 to stay at your hotel… We should have had better service dealing with her with a damm attitude. She shouldn’t be working with people. She have bad customer service… Otherwise everyone else was nice, professional, great customer service. The night that girl worked was Friday night we arrived back at the hotel around 11:00 pm this was our second night there and had to deal with her at the front with a damm attitude… That night was August 25th on a Friday that girl worked around 11:00pm. If I decided to stay at your hotel again when I get back in town.. They need to talk to her because if she there and have an attitude I will ask to speak to a manager… I didn’t do it this time because I came in town to celebrate my granddaughter Sweet Sixteen Birthday!!! Enjoy myself with my grandkids but she was nasty… Thank for a great stay at Comfort Inn Suites…

I didn’t like the girl at the front desk August 25th around 11:00 pm. When me and my daughter got back at the hotel she had the front entrance lock we was out there about 10 mins knocking on the glass door to into in the hotel to go to our room we was tired. It was my granddaughter birthday we celebrated all morning and night. We was not expecting the door to be locked. Then when unlocked the door she had an attitude. I can see she don’t have great customer service. I worked with people every day that’s part of my profession . Me and my daughter didn’t like her. We speak to everyone we didn’t even said nothing to her she need to be back in training and stop worrying about a damm paycheck. Me and my daughter jobs is mangers and know about great customer service. She isn’t professional at all . So we not pleased with her.
