The price

The cleanliness was atrocious. The staff is run by the rudest people. They don’t give you time to respond to the door before they just rudely open.

The property is near the highway yet it relatively quiet when it comes to noise from cars.

The employees are overbearing and disillusioned about their roles. The cleaning team started knocking on doors and walking into rooms a full hour before checkout. The front desk lady refuses to honor any online check in rates and attempts to over charge if you try or need to extend. She actually said "I don't care what your phone says i'm not looking at your reservation or a third party rate I charge what I put in my computer" They have a video wall where they are able to zoom in on your door and window to spy and watch you from cameras they have posted on poles directionally facing guest rooms. I've watched them tap a camera then zoom in and look at who someone had as a guest entering there room and they keep tabs on people. They put a charge through on my card that was almost $30 over the rate booked on line and when asked about it the lady again from some fictional place told me the card must have added the extra money to itself or my bank was adding money to their charges.

The room was dirty as ever. Smelled like dog, and had dog fur EVERYWHERE. The room was hot and wet. Microwave and fridge was dirty and smelled like butt. Floors were filthy. Overpriced. Wi-Fi went in and out. HORRIBLE stay. Front desk man had a terrible attitude when I went to ask for a DRY blanket and sheets because the ones on the bed were wet when I got in the room. He shook his head no at me like he didn’t speak English. My son left his tablet in the room and we called back immediately after leaving and they said “they couldn’t find it”. After calling w third time telling them I know for a FACT he left it in the room, it magically reappeared. Liars,scammers, disrespectful people. DO NOT BOOK. You won’t get your moneys worth. WORST MOTEL IVE BEEN TOO

Only thing good was the location as far as restaurants are concerned everything was at a walking distance
