Bed bugs, we came home with bites on legs and arms. Weird odor in room. Location of the room- we were given the last room in building which is only a few feet from the busy street. Poor lighting.

The room was large and the location was good.

The walls are paper thin and it was so noisy. We got no sleep. We could hear everything the neighboring rooms were doing including every time they slammed a door or put the toilet seat down. In the morning the maids were super loud and had walkie talkies on full volume going off constantly starting at like 6 am. The front desk girl was very rude upon check in. The parking lot is awful with very tiny spots. If u have a big truck don’t even consider it. I will not be returning here and would definitely never recommend it to anyone. It especially bummed us out bc the price we paid was high so we expected it to be way nicer and were completely let down. I hope they can start doing better.

Not understanding the $20.00 unnecessary parking fee. If the parking slip is not displayed then have it towed. Also front desk not people oriented. The man who check us in at first couldn't find my name. Then I showed him and he states ohhhhh with middle initial which made no sense and finally found it. Maybe he was just having a bad evening, but don't take it out on your guest. The younglady behind the desk was busy texting on her phone leaning against the wall just to the right. When guest arrive put phones away. Not professional!

It was renovated

Room seemed musty .. beds are hard and uncomfortable

Our room was cleaned, organized and well stocked

Property feels like they tried to cram as much as they could into a small space. Not enough room for cars to drive through properly with tight parking spaces not allowing 2 cars to park next to each other without almost hitting one another. Stairwell smelled like someone had gone to the restroom in there. Upon check in, Rude treatment from front staff seeming like they just wanted to get us checked in and out of there way as well which really set the tone for the rest of our stay along with the previously mentioned issues.

Room not maintained well. dark room. there was a strong moisture smell in the room. opening window was partly possible due to wooden strange lock system.

Staff was extremely helpful. The location was excellent.

Hotel guests were having multiple parties in rooms and it was difficult to sleep with all the noise.

I loved the room it was so nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable

Maybe more parking it was hard to find parking spots
