Friendly staff, easy check in and out, great value-they have full kitchens with ovens and full size fridge no bugs that I saw and it was affordable for the average person. They are good choice especially considering the other options in the area. The stores are closed range if you have no vehicle it helps to be centrally located

I don't really like Oxnard in general and the hotels located in the center of the city so it's a bit loud the traffic in area

Take a deposit and after 2 weeks it still hasn't been returned. My guess is this is a normal practice here seeing how rude the replies have been when I've asked trying to resolve this

Could hear the tv at 2 a.m. in the next room. Could also spell the marijuana.

The check was easy and fast. Free parking is always a plus.

When we walked into the room it had a bad smell. We had to leave the room door open and also open the window. The room was free of trash and seemed clean. The comforter, sheets & towels are very worn down and old. The shower curtains had dirt spots on it and smelled. The closet cabinet was stuffed with furniture, so we could not use it. The only sofa chair was also dirty and smellie.
