Le déjeuner continental… avoir des œufs brouillés et du yogourt en pot au lieu de vrac.

Excellent hôtel confortable et au calme malgré les travaux en cours. Accueil très chaleureux. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était très serviable . Le petit déjeuner était complet.Notre chambre était très spacieuse. Le spa en fonction a été très apprécié après des journées de randonnée.

Cet endroit a une signification très importante pour nous, nous y allons assez souvent et c’est la première fois que nous sommes aussi déçu

Le chambre était au premier plancher et j’ai l’impression que nous avions une chambre démonstrative! Le lit était épouvantablement inconfortable, extrêmement dur et la literie très rude! Le foyer de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait très froid, et nous avons voulu aller prendre un spa à l’extérieur, le filtreur ne fonctionnait pas, le spa était dans un état tellement sale que nous sommes sortie quand nous nous sommes rendu compte, il y a avec des objets qui flottait partout à l’intérieur c’était vraiment degueulasse, nous l’avons spécifié à la réception et il ont fermé la lumière extérieur pour signifier que c’était fermé pour la nuit et nous n’avons pas eu de nouvelles, bref pour 250$ la nuit ce fut extrêmement décevant !

The breakfast could be better and the staff on the desk were rude.Service was bad .The price very expensive compared to their service.

The location is perfect - walking distance to everything. The room was big and quite pretty. Kitchen annex handy.

The mattress was very soft, water warm but not hot, shower pressure so little it was hard to wash your hair out of shampoo. The breakfast was disappointing - not a lot of choice, little space to enjoy the breakfast. When I asked for an additional blanket I was told to come to the reception to take it instead of staff bringing it to the room - this would be perfectly normal in a motel around a highway but I did not expect it in an elegant ski resort. In overall the stay was ok but WAY overpriced! For this price you expect everything to be perfect. Not good value for money.
