Lovely wooden chalet. Comfy beds. Nice shower room. Beautiful view. Deer in the garden. Half an hour to walk to Tremblant Resort.
The hot tub didn’t work. The house was very empty - no books or games or ornaments and only the bare essentials in the kitchen.

The property is exceptionally clean and there are spaces to relax outside the sleeping areas. The beds are quite comfortable and large (king). There is a small washer/dryer combo which was a nice surprise.
Perhaps a small notebook could be added to the property listing local resources such as grocery/liquor stores and information about recreation in the area and Tremblant National park. Providing laundry soap would be a nice add as well.

Nice, comfortable place to stay, good facilities, kitchen was good and well equipped, good laundry facilities and clean hot tub. Nice that it was within walking distance of the local shops and places for coffee, lunch etc.
Lovely area.
The management were also so, so helpful when we couldn’t find our actual chalet !

Perfect location with a great view of the mountain. The cabin has a great set up with the living space upstairs and 2 spacious bedrooms.
The cabin was not that clean. The fridge needed cleaned before we could put our food into it. There was hair in the vanity drawers and a couple of the under the bed drawers were so dusty they left dust on the clothes we placed in them. The bathroom floors and baseboards in the corners all needed a good cleaning.

Close to ski hill. Very large space.
Unfortunately, the property was a little dirty. Lots of cobwebs. Hot tub is small and not in good working order. Back door of the property did not lock.

great chalet, loved the hottub and modern facilities.
having an entry room to store all the jackets and boots was great
i stayed in the chalet up on the hill (207 or 209) - it had amazing views. but i had significant difficulty getting up the hill in a 2wd car in winter. mostly i could only make it up halfway since this path is an immediate turn and climb off the road and difficult to get any momentum going especially when there is snow
but note that this would only apply to the 2 units on the hill, the other 7? were all on "ground level"

Big, clean and quiet. I like their fireplace.
showers are in the bedrooms. one of them doesn’t have fan. whole building was stinky after we used water for shower or hands washing.

the location was amazing.
loved everything about the chalet. it was super clean and after a long day coming back to the chalet for peace and quiet is exactly what we were looking for on our getaway!
it’s hard to say something that we didn’t like because the property was amazing. the only thing I could say is there was no large pan to cook with. it only had a sauté pan. see it’s a stretch!

Very responsive staff; helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Great location. Good sized chalet with fabulous views from the big windows and the hot tub. Each room had thermostat for individual heating. Can't wait to try in the summer.
Pillows not the greatest. Would have preferred blackout drapes in the bedrooms but not a big deal. The shower is a little odd but, again, not a big deal.
