When booking lights should have been turned on, air conditioner should have been turned on and wifi should have been told where to find when picking up key card.

Amazing stay, room was very quiet and clean. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was very nice. Check in was easy.

Additional $100 deposit taken. Not mentioned on booking.com nor at check-in. Discovered this on checking credit card statement. Sneaky practice handled in a sneaky way. Still waiting for this deposit to be returned. Room was quite small. Two beds, but it would have been a very tight fit for two guests.

The staff was so friendly and amazing.

They charged a $100 hold on my credit card and it wasn't refunded until the day after check out. This has not been the case at any of the Wyndham properties I've stayed at. I will never be staying at this property again .

In the booking site said that this hotel has airport shuttle and I requested. When I arrived in the airport nobody waited me... I need to take a taxi and in the hotel the staff said that there isn't airport shuttle in the hotel.
