The room is clean but no breakfast

The amount I booked for is totally different with my bill. They advised to book with them instated of Booking.com So the rate have changed paying extra money. Anoying.

very large bathroom and shower . lots of towels . easy access and lots of parking . Staff cleaned room daily . close to good breakfast restaurants.

20-25 minutes to downtown .

The room was quite big and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The window AC was way too noisy for my liking and there was hardly any natural light.

There is no breakfast available. I was told that the place does not offer it for years. The place is outdated but clean.

A short 15 minutes drive to Old Quebec is the only good thing about this hotel.

I booked a room with two queen beds, and it was so tiny that it had barely any space between those beds. With two kids 5yo and 8yo, having this little space is a nightmare. Another unpleasant surprise was that this hotel advertised itself as a 3-star (even here on Booking.com), but when you enter the building, you can clearly see an official certificate with a 2-star ranking. So don’t expect 3 stars in any way.
