Housekeeping never cleaned, and front staff is unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Also, I had to pay for parking.

front deck staff unaware they were supposed to be working… to busy doing personal things in computer. walked around in sock feet. no acknowledgment as we sat nearby waiting for a car.

Clean, room was very spacious. Perfect location to visit Quebec city. Walking distance from train station.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is possible to 'stop by' the room to drop off purchases, grab a coat, or just take a quick break while walking around to various parts of the city. While there is no need for a car if you plan to stay in the city - there is PLENTY of parking available. There are 2 garages within 2-3 blocks on the same side of the street of the hotel and 1 garage on the opposite street. I would not park in the lot since there is a lot of traffic and construction on the corner of Charest & Dorchester.

The water for the shower never got hot.

Comfortable and quiet. Easy to access the property and room. Decor chic. Location convenient, lots of restaurants minutes away, and a walk to Vieux Quebec City. Bus stop to train station just outside.

Lack of a small kettle and milk for us tea drinkers. Room could have been slightly better on the storage front.

Reception was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate us to check in early in one of the 2 rooms. Room was clean and spacious though the bed was a bit on the soft side. Great to have wooden floor rather than carpet. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Not enough space to hang or store clothes. Bathroom has no hooks to hang bath towels. The vanity is too small.

- The room was large and clean. - Very near to a bus stop(No.80) from the airport.

- I didn't want to open the curtain because could see each other from the room in the next building.
