The location
The pool is a mess , not clean , it's located in the street so you have to go out of the hotel and walk around it in the street to reach the pool plus no music , no drink , no staff , no lifeguard !!

The refresh of the rooms and the grounds is nice
The new restaurant is overpriced for what was given. An omlette and ice tea should not cost me almost $25.00. They took out a popular and iconic restaurant for the new one. I would like to see them set up a secured parking for classic cars as the old owners did

The new remodel, the layout cleanliness and comfort
Not that I didn’t like it but couldn’t find parking and people would put chairs to hold the parking space which I thought was ridiculous

The blankets on the bed are as thin as the sheets. also the tile in the bathroom was raised with edge at the bathroom door frame, which is a tripping hazard

The required $20 resort fee should be included in the price because it is not a choice, just a way to make the price appear cheaper if you don’t read the small print. Very high also for a very small pool.
