Very dog friendly
People did not pick up after their dog in the grass pet area. So you really had to watch where you walked if you walked your dog in that grass. Poop was in many different places throughout the grass.

OK, another property with whom you neglected to investigate as I still have yet to make it to Reno due to a breakdown with my vehicle.
I have already canceled all 20+ of my bookings through Booking.com as you are significantly DISCONNECTED from your clients.
I have sent no less than 8 direct communications with you without any response.
Two of those pertained to a serious injury I sustained at a major hotel in San Diego due to a leaky -and faulty- hydraulics door closure which required a visit to urgent care.
Booking.com has yet to react or respond.
I suppose their phone staff -wherever they sre- didn't have this scenario in their script...

The staff were nice and helpful. I like the location of this hotel. It’s nearby stores and plenty of places to eat all at a walking distance.
The rooms look nice with the exception that the towels smelled dirty, there was no shampoo or soap in the restroom, the toilet made leaking noise the entire time. The smell in the hallways was funky. The breakfast was decent.

Terrible hotel stay. The room we stayed in which was 141 had a terrible smell. My son has bad allergies abs started to break out in hives. This hotel had no towels for us to take showers or wash our face with. We had to walk to marshalls and buy towels. I was told to speak with a lady by the name of jennifer who works on sales. I left her a very lengthy and detailed message but of course she never called me back. Never staying at this hotel again..
Everything. Dirty room, stains on the wall. Bad odor and no towels. The breakfast was bad.. The staff didn't care to accommodate.

The day after a major snow hotel did not make any attempts to clean the roads. Cars were getting stuck in snow and parking was a big challenge.
The room was not properly checked - old trash was still in the room.
The bedding for sofa bed was not in the room - you have to call to request it. It was brought in quickly after request

short staffed. we had to wait to check in because no one was at counter and there was 3 people in front of us. We asked for sugar for coffee and we never got the sugar. We asked for a blanket and it took them about 1 hour to bring. The bed was too hard. the AC was too loud.

Spacious one bedroom suite with small but efficient kitchen. Location was good, close to plenty of services and the I-580 freeway.
Staff was fairly friendly but not overly helpful. Interior public spaces were kind of dirty, carpets in hallways and stairs hadn't been vacuumed in a while until I mentioned it to the desk clerk then a few days later it was vacuumed. Hallway walls and doors needed paint/touch-up's. Appeared that management didn't have a grasp on details or quality control.

the outside trash cans were full. We had to complain about loud neighbors. The bathroom was really small and the door almost touched the toilet
