Breakfast was adequate

When I arrived at 11:30pm my reservation from Booking.com was not in the system! The desk clerk told us there were no available rooms. When he saw how upset I was he looked and found one. First, why was the res NOT in the system??? Second, why did he not look for a room right away before I got upset? I blame Booking.com more, but the clerk was really not customer focused.

Ok, coffee lids were stuck together so I spilled the cup when I picked it up. Only 1 dry bagel available at 9 am

Very loud noise in the wall when toilet flushes, difficult plug access and placement for CPAP machine

our toilet was clogged and trying to over flow. told front desk on Sat morning, they said the maintance man doesn't work the weekends. so we had to use the toilet in the main lobby.

Good location. Away from busy nightlife

Somethings were outdated. Also had to wait almost 40 mi. For my room to be ready after the 3 pm check in.

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.

First night’s room had multiple problems (TV, door, cabinet drawers), pool/hot tub out of order the whole time (big reason we chose this hotel).

The Pool was not open.

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good.

The pool was awful... used bandaid, rust, sharp broken handrails, way to much chlorine, spa jets did not work and it was HOT.
