Beautifully kept. You can tell there is pride in ownership. Even tissue was folded decoratively. Loved the place settings with dishes and silverware set and ready to use. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bar seating with comfortablebar stools. Cozy feel. A must see. Jacuzzi looked fantastic surrounded by snow, just don't lose the spa key. Another guest lost his and asked my spouse to help him look for it in the snow. Great location. Lots of staff. They even had staff cleaning the driveway snow just after snow fall. Some covered parking spots. Nice lighting in the room for ambience. Foresty view from each window. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of hangers in closet. Bathroom was warm with a heater above. Tub was the right size, not cramped. Lovely fireplaces with long matches provided to light them. Kitchen was well equipped. Evelyn at the front desk was so kind and I was never in the lobby with another guest. Felt like their only guest. When you stay at a nice place like this it makes the trip memorable.

Wifi lagged at times, but not bad. Better than Motel 6 and Blackforest Lodge wifi. We were happy with it.

clean, spacious suite location is convenient

Most of the staff were careless and not understanding, to put it nicely. I was in touch with a couple that were nice and careful. The front desk is working from 9am-7pm. Meaning that when I intend to stay for the night session on the mountain, I’ll miss them. which is very inconvenient. I could still check in, though it wasn’t very smooth. The next day I went to check-in in person as suggested to make sure my key card works for the day. The lock broke down at that night (after the office hours). I called the emergency contact number. They kept us waiting for half an hour in cold weather to send someone. when they finally did so, they send him to the incorrect room. how hard is it it confirm the room number? their carelessness caused more wait in the cold for us. the maintenance guy was friendly when he finally got to us. he had to change the lock. honestly I never had any problem with a key card lock. What’s the point of having a good room if you can’t even get in? Very limited parking under a roof. The rest were parking without any protection from the overnight snow fall.

The property provided everything we needed, excellent kitchen facilities, fridge,dishwasher,oven etc. The bed's were very comfortable and the room's were nice and warm with cosy fires for an extra boost. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property provided everything that we needed for the 5 day's we were there. The surrounding Bear Lake area was excellent for walking and exploring.

Maybe could do with an elevator, but fine for us

Really nice room, clean, comfortable. Very spacious. Overall very nice! TV in both rooms was nice. Kitchen had all the dishes, etc that you need to cook. It was like staying in a one bedroom apartment. Two bathrooms was awesome.

The mattress was too hard for us. Could have used a foam topper. But that may be a matter of preference. Can't really fault the facility for that.

the arrival was cumbersome as we came in after office hours and it took a long wait and three recurring phone call to get the key from the relevant lockbox and the correct room number begorr we could go up and receive the room. we expected to receive the second room with two real beds and eventually we found that the second room had only a sofa bed which was not clear during the time of the reservation also the bed was poor . as we needed the bed for our two grown up kids it was not a real comfortable. situation .
