Everything! Greeted with a smile by Jeff, asked if we needed water, thanked us for using Best Western. Its an amazing place, Big Bear and your hotel made it even more!

The location was great! Most Big Bear attractions were 5-20 minutes drive. The staff was great. Kimberly was able to upgrade our room. Bed was comfortable.
You could hear everything in the building! Plumbing, people talking and waking by. AC didn't work, but the room had a portable fan.

Great style in the form of a Chateau with furnishings to match. Room had a fireplace. Easy to park.

clean room, all stuff good qual.
Friday, sunday and saturday they charge twice the posted rates.
I thought I was the victim of fraud (kept being charged after I checked out) but was able to get my money back.

the parking

restaurant downstairs in the lobby was not function, they had not enough people and a lot of people was upset. We waited for a drink about 20 minutes then we left. in New Year’s eve that’s unacceptable when you pay 500$ for the night you were expecting totally different service.
