Not close to downtown. no shuttle bus because it was very close to the airport, had to take a taxi no housekeeping to clean the room when I requested . The first night the Smoke alarm was not working it was beeping I thought when they say breakfast I thought it would be a continental breakfast, but it was a bag breakfast . The deposit is ridiculous $350 if you don't have a credit card is nuts

Outdoor plugs for vehicles were broken the entire stay when Temps were -40 often throughout week, hard on our vehicle in order to start. Water was brown for a day. Breakfast didn't have brewed coffee.

No continental breakfast and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all . the floor hadn’t been swept , the toilet around the bowl was disgusting plus u could tell nobody cleaned the bathroom as there was a pair of mens underwear under the vanity from a previous guest .

The room was spacious and you had access to stove, fridge, dishwasher etc. It also had a desk and lots of space to do a workout in your room.

The room was not clean. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, the counter tops were not cleaned. The couch had food caked onto it, the cupboards had grease prints all over them. The furniture was caked with dust. Breakfast included was a section of the reception desk with yogurt not chilled, juice boxes, saran wrapped bagels and granola bars. Very disappointing. When I asked for coffee they gave me a Keurig pod to bring back to my room to make and serve with my dirty dishes in the dish washer.

For cleanliness I would give -100000 if I could. Stains on the floor was somewhat acceptable but dirty socks and poker cards in the elevator were not. Used towels were left on the floor in the area where we were told hot breakfast would be served in the morning. Security guard sitting in the hallway staring at the garbage on the floor but doing nothing and huge bags of garbage waiting for collection on anther floor. The washroom floor was so sticky that you wonder when was the last time they ever cleaned the room. It was just DISGUSTING. We booked another hotel right away and left without hesitation.

Better than some;at least they offered a grab and go.

There was no breakfast but grab and go piece of fruit, a yogurt and maybe a prepackaged muffin.

Some of the staff was friendly, clean hotel overall. Manager was very friendly and professional

Stayed two nights , they didn’t clean my room after the first night. The person doing my check in was very robotic. Did not provide plates for their breakfast and my coffee machine in my room did not work

just be sure the beds are totally clean, ours was a little bit dusty

Didn't have breakfast, the beds were too comfy haha, so I missed it
