The room was really comfortable and well equipped for a short stay in Calgary!

Nothing. Pricey was right. Not super fancy but met our needs. Location was good. Very friendly staff and clean.

Close to the stampede grounds
Only 1 elevator, stairs aren’t sign posted the best, and there’s no restaurant

Very clean. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub were clean, and not overly crowded. Walking distance to Stampede.

The hotel was walking distance to the Calgary Stampede grounds so it made it very easy to get too. There also was plenty of parking on the hotel grounds. The staff were great, in particular Dan who helped us with some great suggestions for local restaurants and directions. It also was no trouble getting us some milk and a kettle so we could tea.

The breakfast and we had laundry facilities and parking
all the plastic bags with sugar/ sweeteners/ no proper milk just powdered stuff,
rooms where only serviced if you requested and this wasn’t communicated on check in therefore our room wasnt cleaned for the three nights we were staying, no garbages emptied, no supplies stocked up not even our bed made, I paid upfront as well as a security payment, I had to ask at the front desk for more tea and sugar at night time

Clean rooms
Breakfast. I talked probably had 15 dirty plated piled on it ,cups, glasses, etc.i had a full breakfast and they were there when I left.. tables

it appeared to be clean and kept quite up to date!
rented a jacuzzi room for my mom as a Mother’s Day treat, we planned to have a nice soak in the jacuzzi and enjoy some wine. the jacuzzi tub did not work, when it did turn on it was so horribly loud. it ran for under 5 minutes then tuned off and wouldn’t turn back on again. this is the first time I have planned a special treat for mom and I ended apologizing the whole times. my mom kept saying not to worry it wasn’t my fault but I still feel bad. we ended up going home after a short time. I am really hoping they give me a refund!

Breakfast was the basic fundamentals - exactly what we expected, and perfect to grab and go.
